I guesed it was something like that. Honestly? Cool. Like, there are people who don’t want to go to the HOF during that weekend so if there’s a show they can go see at the same venue as the other shows or they want to watch something on Twitch, go for it. They’re making a good opportunity from the hand WrestleCade probably dealt them. If anyone is going to be laughed at for booking against a WWE event it's Gabe Sapolsky who for all of his WWE connections is booking f***ing Style Battle against Takeover and Supercard of Honor. Hey man, they have Keith Lee/Nick Gage so they might have a shot!

We’ve seen what happened when TNA went head to head with Raw, now we’ll see the real massacre of TNA up against internet porn. Even the most obscure of fetish videos get more views than tna.

I love how this could just as likely be a horrible scheduling error as it could be some weird attempt to be competitive. Like, the people at Twitch were like "Yeah, the only date we could get is Friday and you'll be on at the same time as WWE's Hall of Fame ceremony" and whoever the f*** is in charge of TNA this minute is just like, "...Shit.".

But how can Fallah Bah be inducted into the hall of fame and wrestle for Impact at the same time?!?
I smell whacky hijinks!

Indy promotions have been doing this sort of thing for ages now. It makes sense for them to try and get a bit of business when the biggest show in wrestling is in town. Of course, this basically admits that TNA is now an Indy fed. Well, it's an improvement from last year where Impact had virtually no presence during Mania season. In ORLANDO, where they ran all of their shows at the time. I love mocking Impact as much as the next person for their bullshit, but they absolutely need to be running a show on Mania weekend, and if you have to go head to head with a live WWE product, it should be the Hall of Fame which just makes sense considering it's not an actual wrestling card.

Why watch a show featuring people who know when you could watch a show featuring people you don't!

I mean...I'll just have a second window open with it running so I can watch it when I get bored of the HoF, so why not? I plan on doing the same for NXT/ROH, multitasking!

It's not twitch, it's Wrestlecon, a convention in Mania town the same weekend every year whose main thing is "We have shows and events going on all weekend related to Wrestling so you can do stuff until Wrestlemania". Like they have to put something on Friday night.

Pretty much. And yeah, it makes Impact an Indy now but...is that really a surprise? Most of the roster are people who are on indies all the time. Brian Cage JUST debuted on TV.
