One of the cafes at work does a brie and ale chutney baguette with rocket. It's the best thing ever.
Sadly I can't have cheese at the moment or I'd live on them.

A local place does a sub baked in pizza dough. It's a typical sub of cold cuts and pepperoni, lettuce, onion, and green pepper. They add mozzarella to it. I always get roast beef added to it.. So good.. so bad for me but so good.

Well, so long as they don't expect me to always be the one to initiate- sandwiches, right. Uhh, they don't always expect me to make the sandwich.
Meatballs, I guess...

Got a place in town that makes NOLA style Po-boys. I love their roast beef po-boy. Messy as hell to eat but so good.

Can't go wrong with a French Dip or Italian Dip, where they dip the whole sandwich in au jus.

It would be a tie between a Philly Cheesesteak and a well made Italian Sub.

I live in New Orleans so for me I love a shrimp po boy dressed. Can’t beat it.

There was a place around here that did an Italian Roast Pork with Broccoli Rabe that was pretty good.
But they shut down a couple months ago, so that's done with.

Meatball is my go to sub
The classic Chicago Italian Beef is pretty good too, or the combination Italian Beef and Italian sausage.

Love a good roast beef or shrimp po-boy (though I never get the roast beef dressed; to me that makes about as much sense as putting gravy on salad) but all-time it's D'angelos Number 9 (shaved steak, onions, peppers, mushrooms, and cheese).
