Conrad seems super subdued

I liked that Conrad wasn't over the top like he was on the regular podcast, I thought it was a great topic to get into as WM14 was the first WWE PPV we ordered and was super into Cold Stone, I mean Stone Cold at the time.
And yeah the build up pretty much had it as Austin/Tyson with HBK as the third wheel.

As someone one who hasn't really listened to their podcast before other than a few YT clips starting with were the greatest wrestling podcast ever blah blah blah isn't really making me want to watch/listenn. E&C Solomonster Stone Cold Jim Cornette Chris Jericho Tazz Everyone else IMHO Lasted about 2 min maybe will watch later as background noise You're missing out then (at least on the regular podcast, which is amazing and comprehensive).

The impressions were tiresome, obnoxious and not even good. I don't know if that's the point of them but it got boring fast.
There's potential there, but definitely needs tweaking for a wider audience.

Their podcast would be considerably better if the host wasn't obsessed with Dave Meltzer's opinions and match ratings.

One of the biggest things I like about the podcasts is that I can listen to them while I'm driving into work or driving home. I think the problem I am going to run into is that I can't sit there for an hour, hour and a half and watch people talk wrestling without taking some sort of break. Yeah I can pause and watch it later but then it'd be easy to just forget and move on.

I was looking forward to this, because the podcast is just too damn long to make it into my already pretty full rotation. But I figured it would be a tightened up, like 45 min long version. The second I saw it was 1:45 I was like f*** this, I'm out.

Way, way, way better without the ads and the fake arguments. Could do without the Meltzer bashing all the time. It's just a way of structuring and driving the show, it doesn't need to be an issue every time.
I've felt for a while they needed a better producer or someone to say "no" on things. Hopefully this means they have it now.

When he does his research, he used the Wrestling Observer, so Meltzer is kind of his go-to source of info. It makes sense that he would bring up the source of his research when explaining things.

It's fine for researching facts and dates, but he's constantly talking about what Meltzer thought of a match, what ratings he gave it etc...

Is this technically the first WWE produced television show that talks about Meltzer at any degree of length? I'm sure he's been mentioned before, not that I can think of any examples off the top of my head.

I want to say he made an appearance in one documentary or special (maybe the monday night war series?) Could be totally wrong though.

It’s just so bizarre to see a WWE produced show talking about insider news from the past like this. Bring it to the Table did this about current topics but I don’t think anything else covers the past
Bruce is certainly on his best behaviour and actually answering the questions instead of blowing half of them off

I really enjoyed this.
It's exactly what I want from the Network - behind the scenes, insider stuff and historic titbits

I enjoyed the first one and agree it's better without ads, but there's not much value added to the podcast through having video. I prefer the audio version so I can listen on my commute.

Never listened to the podcast, but watched this. The constant impressions were un-needed. Just talk about wrestling.

You know who likes websites?? That dude who makes belts. I am typing this in bed, could use a new mattress, know a place?

Conrad seems super subdued It felt like he was reading off a script as well as opposed to off the cuff conversation, that part I liked simply because them going off on tangents and the arguments in the podcast I cant deal with, but i understand its in there for the entertainment aspect. However im listening to it for knowledge and information and opinions, not to listen to two grown guys bickering

I really liked it.... I think the watch along idea would fit this over the audio podcast. I hope they do some of those as I can totally understand the issue brought up about simply sitting and watching them (Bruce and Conrad.... pronouns, pal) for 2 hours.
