I know it's more likely they use the Stan Lee open they used for Captain Marvel (tho it's also might have a special one just for Endgame) but even seeing a Marvel Studios Logo with the X-men and FF included would fulfill me

Just cut right into the movie. I just feel like any levity for a movie like this in the beginning would take the desperation of everything away. We need to have everything be an absolute downer.

Don't think that's something they can control, for the most part. Trying to get around studio logos or opening credits is expensive, due to unions and the like. Lucas paid out the ass to have the Star Wars films open the way they do, if memory serves.

Honestly I don't really see the issue with having a production logo, if only because of the very high possibility of any tension over the snap being undercut by the movie being preceded by a trailer for Far From Home.

The thing that annoyed me about that is by all reports Marvel was not trying to drop that trailer till after Endgame but Sony made them.

If they need to mention Marvel, then you could do it like the end credits of Infinity War. Sound of dust in the air as said. This shows up. Start the movie.

This on that Friday and the Game of Thrones: The Battle for Winterfell on Sunday..oh boy it's gonna be a hell of a weekend

Lucas paid out the ass to have the Star Wars films open the way they do, if memory serves. It started in Empire Strikes Back. The Directors Guild states that if anybody involved in the movie gets any kind of credit during the beginning of the film then the director is required to get a credit at the beginning of the film too. Star Wars got by without any problems because the LucasFilm logo counts as a credit for George Lucas under DGA definitions, but because Irvin Kirschner was the director of ESB those same definitions meant that since Lucas was credited during the opening of the movie Kirschner was required to get a credit too. Lucas paid a fine and then resigned from the DGA and the Writers Guild in protest. This later led to problems hiring a director for Return of the Jedi, as he could not use a member of the DGA, ruling out his first choice, David Lynch (though Lynch refused anyway).

I couldn’t remember the exact story, but I knew he left the DGA over the credits of Empire.

The opening logo should exclude all the heroes who turned to dust, leaving nothing but WWE's "vacant" graphic in their place.

Or if they REALLY want to be dicks, do it like what they did in Captain Marvel, but instead, have it be nothing but Thanos.
