I'm 100% certain that he was actively working to get it over as his finisher during his NXT run, and it would have worked if he didn't go Eugene Debs during one of the competitions and got himself kicked off the game show.

Yeah, also changes up how matches end, instead of I dunno... Superman Punch Spear win... Just imagine if Roman actually used his Splash Mountain as a secondary finisher. Just imagine if Roman actually got a submission. Just imagine what an extra move as a finisher does to an arsenal. Imagine Roman with a character trait that isn't insufferable...

The Rock has the Rock Bottom, Spinebuster, and People's Elbow. Occasionally the world's worst Sharpshooter.

It looks great, but I like it as a supplemental finisher better than if it was his only one. This is a good addition to his repertoire.

Foley had the Mandible Claw, Double Arm DDT, Stump Puller Piledriver and the Cactus Elbow at intersecting parts of his career.
Miz has the SCF, Figure Four, and the Interference-Small Package combo

Honestly, and I say this as a huge Bryan fan, I buy the heel hook as a match ender more than I do the Yes Lock. I said this in the live thread, but it looks straight up vicious, like bones are about to snap whenever he locks it in. The dragon screw into the heel hook combo is what really puts it over as a sick looking finisher.

Any possibility he wanted to introduce a new move because he plans to allow Miz to keep using the ones he borrowed?

Seth Rollins had The Curb Stomp, V-Trigger Knee (Now seemingly a setup move), Pedigree, and that Shitty DDT thing he did that one time

Jericho. Liontamer Lionsault Walls of Jericho (if you go by commentary treating it as different move from Liontamer)Code Breaker Breakdown It is absolutely a different move, and very easy to tell the difference. Allow Kofi to demonstrate! This is the "yawn-inducing doesn't look at all effective" Walls of Jericho: This is the "plant my knee on the back of your head and make you regret agreeing to take the move" Liontamer:

As far as someone who has a lot of legitimate finishes. That would be AJ Styles. Phenomenal Forearm Styles Clash Calf Crusher Springboard 450 And he hasn't bust out the Spiral Tap yet.

Brutal Dragon screw into the deep and vicious heel hook is legit. Way better than the Yes lock I feel.

I think that every main eventer should either have an alternative finisher(s) or the finisher needs to be able to be hit from anywhere.

Oh, I 100% agree with the idea, I just seem to remember there being some debate about it at one time Honestly, I think the people who argue the point are people who weren't following when Jericho was in WCW. Not a huge deal, but still they gotta learn!

Though we arent too fond of him anymore, Ziggler has used The Zig Zag, Superkick, and Sleeper Hold to legit win matches and even titles. Speak for yourself And to some such as the Undertaker and Big Show I think the point is at the same time. I think Undertaker at one point used the Chokeslam,The Tombstone and the Gogoplata/Hells Gate Submission(Until Vickie Banned it) Jericho at most has 3 at same time too if you consider Liontamer not just a variation of the Walls And for AJ in WWE the Forearm is(Sadly)just a signature move, which very rarely can get a surprise win.

Triple H has two huge finishers, the Pedigree and the Future Endeavor. It's super effective. Jericho. This is the "yawn-inducing doesn't look at all effective" Walls of Jericho: This is the "plant my knee on the back of your head and make you regret agreeing to take the move" Liontamer: Man, it only just hit me how much Jericho has aged in a short span of time.
