Ya they are really more audio caricatures than impersonations.
And for what they are I like them.

I love all of them. I one time did his heyman voice like a year ago and almost got slapped by my then girlfriend while playing monopoly with some friends.
I believe i said something like
Allow me a volley if will...I believe you have landed on my property and now you owe me $14.

I lose it whenever he does Stu Hart. Ehhhh.... Stu is his best one, I think. I enjoy his Ernie Ladd, Savage, Dusty and Cornette impressions too.

Both he and Conrad have to realize they aren't funny and people are just listening for the backstage info

Does he still out the cutout faces in front of him when he does them? I've only watched the first show on the network, they weren't funny then but I always figure if you have to tell people who you're doing an impression of, it's not great.

I don't mind his impersonations it's more the fact that all the people he impersonate say exactly the same thing every single time. You should be able to to a Randy Savage impersonation without always having to say "Freak out, freak out! Uh-huh!", for example.
Impressions can be funny. The exact same impressions of the same people saying the same thing get boring by the 77th time you hear it.
