Not something I should admit but an episode of MLP teared me up.
Was about one of the main characters parents who are supposidly dead.
Yeah, was an episode with a suprisingly emotional ending.

Never.
Neither my father's nor my mother's side of my family would put up with such a thing.
I don't say that to be a jerk. Sometimes I don't like that I was raised to suppress and reject emotion.
But it is what it is.

Last night, watching the first episode of the second season of Queer Eye's reboot.
I was in f***ing bits, man. I'm not joking at all.

I'm 41, so my answer isn't going to be "whatever I just saw/read/played 5 minutes ago" which seems like every other tweet I see about TEH FEELZ and what not. However, I'm not an inhuman dead-inside monster, so my answer is absolutely "the ending of Toy Story 3."

When I was like 7, I had a coloring book, about the story of Christmas. The angel who was supposed to deliver the blanket, thought he lost it. There's a page with him, crying his eyes out. I cried at that book, anytime I tried to color in it. Nowadays, just personal stuff makes me cry, though I don't do the ASPCA commercials, because I will think of 2 of my 3 dogs, who have passed, and I will cry. A lot.

I watched Hook the other night, and I tear up every single time during the scene where that kid who looks like shrunken David Alan Grier pulls Peter's face into a smile and says "Oh, THERE you are Peter". The swelling John Williams score is what does it.

Final Fantasy X's ending got me all sorts of sad. That one gears of war 3 scene was also heartbreaking.
Movie wise, Green Mile always gets me with "Don't put me in the dark"

I watched Kodachrome the other day. I was glad that my wife was asleep. I couldn't handle the end at all. Which I won't spoil here for anyone.

Not actively crying, but I get the shivers and the tears well up hearing Trisha Yearwood's "She's In Love With The Boy".
About parents with a daughter who is in love with a boy named Tommy. They're talking about getting married. (Paraphrasing the story.) Dad wants to have a talk with this boy, "he ain't worth a lick. When it comes to brains he got the short end of the stick". The mom tells her husband don't be hard on him. My daddy said the same about you. "He was wrong and baby so are you. Janie looks at Tommy the way I still look at you."
Such a sweet song.

I cried at the movie Adaptation. It wasn't sadness, exactly, just... ambivalence. Emotion messiness.
I've only cried at a game once, and it was the ending to Rule of Rose. That game is just brutally sad, but when she puts the dog in the barn... yeesh. (So much about that game is absolutely incredible... too bad the combat's terrible.)

Rocky Balboa.
Maybe it was seeing the character again after a long, long time, maybe it was Bill Conti's melancholy score, but when Rocky lost it in the meathouse, "She didn't leave me Paulie, she DIED!", I tore up as well.

I teared up twice at the end of Michelle McNamara’s “I’ll Be Gone in the Dark”. Once during her “Letter to an Old Man” and also during Patton Oswalt’s Afterword.

Rocky Balboa. Maybe it was seeing the character again after a long, long time, maybe it was Bill Conti's melancholy score, but when Rocky lost it in the meathouse, "She didn't leave me Paulie, she DIED!", I tore up as well. I recently saw Rocky 2 again, which has always been my favourite of the series. The ending has always been emotional to me, but this was probably the first time I've seen it through adult eyes. I had no idea how much Mickey actually loves Rocky, and it was nice to see things from that perspective. It's always the same, though; as soon as Adrienne says the word 'win' and the training montage music kicks in, I start to get a lump in my throat.
