Well this has been a shit year, we scored the best player in the world, we became a playoff team until he goes down for a month and the jobbers ruin everything. Dell Demps told us to f*** off, Pop and PG13 did too. That left Bron with Rajon Rondo.
Meanwhile my favorite player, John Wall goes out then goes out in house and will never be the same.
Now I’m hoping either JKidd or Lue agree to come to this shit show.
And despite trading away their best player in Harris, the f***ing Clippers still rule LA. I hate the Clippers.

They need a veteran leader but Kyrie doesn’t seem to be it. Gordon Hayward at least seems to be getting his shot back and Horfords contract is expiring soon. But the Cs need to make decisions on where the money is going They have picks too which they can use to flip or keep. I think Brad Stevens works best with less and that may be the approach Celtics need to take
Kyrie is just miserable there and is not the leader they need as their best player and if they can get back Horford on a team friendly deal i'd say do it. They are stuck with Gordon contract so they have to live with that
If anything, Ainge will try to get a cheap deal like he did for Kyrie. Maybe can get AD for Brown and 2 picks
I see them bringing back I.T. as a sixth man and they either give Rozier a new deal or get a vet on a cheap deal. If they don't bring back Horford I can see them after Cousins
If you want AD you’ll lose both Brown and Tatum. Also I’m not sure Davis would be thrilled to play with Boogie again. This is painful to say, but I don’t want IT if I’m the Celtics, not even in the bench, he’s too much of a headache and his injuries killed any value he had.

I think AD is a fading dream for Boston. Honestly wouldn’t be bad for them to go after Klay Thompson.
I’m fine with a team hat starts Thompson,Tatum, Rozier, Brown and Horford with Hayward off the bench. If they can bring back IT I’m sure every Celtics fan would welcome it

They don't have to trade both Brown and Tatum as the ball may be in AD court as far demanding a trade but he has to go wherever they send him since he has a no trade clause. I don't think AD is the right fit for this team tho in saying that and him and Boogie were a good pair but idk if I want that back again
As far as I.T. goes, I think Stevens can get whatever is left out of him. He played his best there and he knows this really is his last shot in the league. He's really got nowhere else to go except like a team like Orlando who probably don't want him with Fultz or Boston due to him being his best there
Celtics have some things to figure out because they would be in danger of falling behind. Giannis is making Milwaukee attractive, Philly is keeping Tobias over Butler most likely and if Toronto keeps Kawhi they are straight

Sadly there’s nothing left from IT. I still think Jimmy stays to rehab his image and get a ring. If Kawhi stays, I would be very surprised.

I don't see Jimmy staying in Philly unless they are crazy enough to offer him the max

If they give him the super max good bye ring. He’s gonna have to pull a Klay and sacrifice. So they can keep Simmons and Tobias Harris. Do we really know when Kawhi is happy or not? I could never read the guy. If Kawhi goes to the Clippers I’ll feel just like you could feel if you don’t get Zion.

True at Kawhi but for all intents and purposes he seems to be content there which is all you can ask for and Raptors are treating him right as well as him having a career year. If he played every game he'd be a legit MVP candidate
As far as Butler goes, supposedly he like Knicks or Nets (I call BS on that) but we shall see. He has options tho
Sadly, Lakers names aren't getting mentioned as a destination for a lot of people. Maybe if they get AD, fortunes will change but they got to do something

LaMelo will be fine since he did the smart thing and went back to H.S. and is now going to College and will be fine
Lonzo can rebound, he's been overhyped but he has skills
Gelo is f***ed. Listening to your idiot father and now look at you
Lonzo about to say f*** that and go get the bag with Nike

I DON'T CARE HOW UNDERWHELMING THIS SEASON HAS BEEN, LAMB WITH A HALF COURT SHOT FOR THE WIN! Absolutely incredible. Hornets have back to back wins over the Celtics and Raptors. It's probably too late but impressive anyway.

Looking at the playoff races
East 6-8 seeds to be decided between 4 teams in Brooklyn, Det, Miami, and Orlando separated by 2.5 games. Charlotte is only 2 games behind Miami for the 8th spot but could be too little too late in that regard
West playoff teams is pretty much locked up and only need to determine who goes where. 3 games separate 4-8 in the standings.
In terms of the bottom teams, Knicks, Phoenix, and Cavs are your bottom 3 teams so those are the fight for Zion. Either way those 3 teams hope they don't fall out those spots because Zion, Morant and Barrett are your top 3 picks and everything else is uncertain

Lamelo according to SAS and Jaylen Rose, lost his college eligibility because of the sneaker deal and sponsorships, not to mention that he received a salary in Lithuania. I think he’s also f***ed.

Well he has talent so he either has to go back overseas or go to the G League but yeah pops may have f***ed him over cause now he can't showcase himself in College
Lamelo is raw tho and could easily not make the league due to his family and his own reputation but at 17 he's the reason why you created the G League to make guys like him NBA players in 3-4 years

His daddy cost him a shot at college where he would’ve been featured in a major program. His dad cost him a shot at the Euroleague because of the rotten reputation they got at Lithuania. His daddy cost him a shot at getting drafted. LaMelo was apparently comparable to Lonzo skill wise so he would’ve been a good player at UCLA and would’ve been drafted high. Lavar cost him tens of millions of dollars. Now the kid will have to kill it in the g league just to get a ten day contract. This is a tragedy. Should be a documentary about what not to do as a father.

He was going to go to UCLA where he no doubt would have been treated like a star like Lonzo, Gelo stupidly thought listened to his father instead of just taking the suspension and being able to play his full college career even if he never got into the NBA, he cost himself a scholarship
Melo luckily is only 17. However, his journey to the NBA isn't as certain as it once was
Lavar deserves credit for being there for his kids but he's a case of a parent who should have stepped back instead of trying to make it all about himself. Luckily for Lonzo he can still make his money on a sneaker deal

You could have Zion,Love,Sexton and room for a max fa player for a formidable foursome. Hell and some of those bad contracts next trade deadline might become something you can get asset's for with teams who want someone(- J.R Smith) with playoff experience to add to their rotation

Sorry to shit on that too but Broussard said that Lonzo won’t get the ten million Nike deal he was offered when he was entering the league, more like a bottom of the barrel deal.

Cavs kept JR because he is an expiring contract at worst and they can move him off that alone
Phoenix with Booker, Zion, and Ayton (Somehow underrated rookie in this class despite being number 1 overall pick) would be a great young 3 man combo
Meanwhile with the Knicks, in terms of young talent they would have him, Robinson, Knox, Trier, and Ntilikina. I think Robinson is going to be a monster and I like Knox but Knicks are obviously looking for a big splash. If they get Zion, they potentially get the FA's which Cavs and Phoenix aren't in position to do
