Now this may be more common for some people to play games a few times through but as i've gotten older I try to play a game one time through and do as much as possible so I don't have to go back
However, there are games that I have played more than a few times whether it be when I was younger or just replaying them over the years
List:
Final Fantasy X: I've beaten that on the PS2(more than once), PS3, and now PS4.
FFX-2: Same as FFX but that was on PS2 and PS3. The Last of Us: Going to start 3rd play through soon to prep for the 2nd game
There are more but none comes to mind at the moment. What is your list?

More than 2 times only The World Ends With You I think. 100% Even.
but usually I wait a long time to replay games. And even so for example Paper Mario and Sonid Adventure 2 I only finished 2 times.

Chances are, if I like a game, I’ll play it through several times. I’ve lost count of the amount of times I’ve played through the campaigns of the Advance Wars games, so I’ve probably spent more time on them than any other series.

FFIV, IX, and X. All three original Mass Effect games. Psychonauts. I've lost track of Pokemon games I've done this with....

most mega drive era games i'd play multiple times.
some pokemon games i'd play through a couple of times.
god of war 1-3 i've gone through multiple times, same with duke nukem 3d & time to kill.
the recent tomb raider games i've played through at least twice.
with the recent gen games I tend to not go back through them either because i've moved on to a new game or it was a slog to get through the first time so dont bother a second time.

Well of course really short games like Super Mario (World and World 2: Yoshi's Island in particular I have played a lot), Joe and Mac (hahaha), Super Castlevania IV (Like 5 million times), Jurassic Park for the Genesis, Faxanadu, etc.
I've also played through the old Zelda's a whole lot (Mostly 1, 2, and Link to the Past). The only longer older games I can think of that I played through a bunch was Final Fantasy II (SNES, don't know it actual number), and the X-Wing and TIE Fighter games.
Speaking of PC games - Any game with co-op I replay a lot; I often beat them myself then beat the again with friends/family. So stuff like Doom (old) and Duke Nukem 3D got a lot of play.
The only recent games I have replayed a bunch is the Borderlands games (Short and Co-op, the best of both worlds!) and this really fun game called Rabi Ribi. I still go back and play older games like the ones I have listed previously, but I don't find myself replaying newer games very often, sadly.

All the megamans and most of the X series...screw anything after X5 though.
All castlevanias , mario bros.
All the devil mary crys , Bayonetta 1 and 2...more so 2
Alot of games that I have went back to play multiple times just because or because It felt unfinished to me if a game has diverging paths and I have not went through all of them I will go back to it.

Off the top of my head....
The Last of Us... just an amazing game. Love it.
Resident Evil 7... Beat it multiple times trophy hunting, now slowly playing through in VR.
Secret of Mana, probably more times than I can count.
Final Fantasy VI
I've 100%'d Binding of Isaac on multiple consoles. (Vita first, then the whole game & AB/AB+ On PS4, and finally Alienware Alpha)

Add on Telltale The Walking Dead Season 1
Played it on PS3, PS4 and Steam
I couldn't carry over my file from PS3 to PS4 and then when I finished Season 1 and 2 on PS4 my files got deleted so I said f*** it and just got it on Steam since I can carry that file anywhere on computers

Several Pokemon games, the first two Paper Mario ones, Mario RPG, just beat Link Between Worlds for the third time the other day, done it w ith several other Zelda games for that matter, Tropical Freeze, Resident Evil 4, the original SMB games, the Galaxy ones...
Really there's way too much shit for me to name all of it. A lot of the time I would rather replay something I've gone through before than play something new.

Too many to count. The first two Mass Effects, Super Mario 2+3, Mario World, Mario Wii, the Sonic Adventures, Sonic 1-3+ Knuckles, Sonic Generations, Colors, Mania, the first four Resident Evils, The Last Of Us.
Multiple Final Fantasies (esp. VI, VII, IV, X, and recently XV), Phantasy Star IV.
A LOT of fighting games. Street Fighter 2-5, the SF Alpha games, Tekken 1-7, a bunch of KOFs, the Capcom vs. series.
Metroid 1, Super Metroid, Metroid Prime, Sly Cooper 2, GTA 3, STA San Andreas, GTA 4, GTA 5. Kingdom Hearts 2 got plenty of playthroughs from me, mostly because the story brought the feels hard.
