Multiple Pokemon games. I completed The Last of Us four times from beginning to end within a month on two different PS3s. Went through all the difficulty levels of Arkham City. Just went through Kotor again. Hunter The Reckoning I must've completed ten times including another run recently. Fire Emblem Awakening and Fates a few times.

First that comes to mind for me is Star Wars: Knights of the Old Republic. I know I've beaten it a couple of times on Light Side, but I can't remember ever beating it on a Dark Side playthrough. I'm actually playing it and doing a Dark Side run now, but I've kinda gotten hung up on playing Pazaak.
After that, I think it'd be Resident Evil 4. Mostly because I wanted to try and go through the game using different weapons or setting some sort of personal rule.

The replay value of RE4 is extraordinary, I filled up a memory card with saves of different playthroughs. And when you get the two most over-powered weapons in the game (Chicago Typewriter and Infinite Launcher) you’d think it would make you want to play it through less. Oh no!

Lots, but I think the game I've done most is the Resident Evil remake. I like to speedrun it.

Pokemon games from gen 1-4, usually stuck to one playthrough since. Mass Effect 2 Fallout 3 Bloodborne Dark Souls 1-3 Resident Evil 5 Spyro 2 Gears of War Batman Arkham Asylum (This one I've probably done the most times.) Left 4 Dead
Those are the ones I can remember off the top of my head, there's definitely more. My friend and I used to go for all the achievements in 360 games and a lot of them had an achievement for finishing a game then doing it on hard mode. So I've done it with quite a few of those as well. Which is why Resident Evil 5 is on here.

Games I like I will replay over and over, partially because I've never really been rich enough to get games on a regular basis.
Bioshock I've played through multiple times, Bioshock 2 twice only I think. Fallout 3 I've done three or four on, Vegas I think depending on how you look at it (sometimes I'd reload a midway save and change alignments) I've got between eight and twelve completions, Fallout 4 I've done twice.
Wind Waker though is my tippy-top, I must have played that through (main campaign through, at least) 20 times.

So I was always renting then, so i got used of finishing one next, find another cool awesome thing to play.

Going back to my childhood, yeah all my old Nintendo and SNES games were played tons of times to the end. Nowadays, Fallout 3 and Fallout 4 are the only two games I’ve really had any inclination to play more than once all the way thru.

If I really like a game, I'll play it at least twice, mostly for the change in difficulty and/or achievement hunting. Currently playing through Bioshock 2 for the 3rd or 4th time, now that it was remastered. Also, on any given day, I'm replaying Left 4 Dead 2 for the 5,000th time haha.
