Probably because the feud is awful, but I just had a thought today. Brock/Roman really should be a HIAC, I fell like it would've help with the crowd, maybe. Nope HIAC has to be it's own PPV rarely having a worthy feud having a HIAC match.

I’m going to lay even money on Brock giving so little f***s that he wrestles in his t-shirt/track pants gear.

Nope HIAC has to be it's own PPV rarely having a worthy feud having a HIAC match. On that note, unless they announce a stipulation match for Brock vs. Roman, it's one my FAVORITE wrestling booking tropes. Wrestling in a gimmick match (GRR), and then having the next match be a singles match!

"You know they say that all women are created equal, but you look at me and you look at Becky Lynch and you can see that statement is not true. See, normally if you go one on one with another wrestler, you got a 50/50 chance of winning. But I'm fabulous, and I'm not normal! So you got a 25%, AT BEST, at beat me. Then you add Charlotte to the mix, your chances of winning drastic go down. See the 3 way at SummerSlam, you got a 33 1/3 chance of winning, but I, I got a 66 and 2/3 chance of winning, because Charlotte KNOWS she can't beat me and she's not even gonna try!
So Becky Lynch, you take your 33 1/3 chance, minus my 25% chance and you got an 8 1/3 chance of winning at SummerSlam. But then you take my 75% chance of winning, if we was to go one on one, and then add 66 2/3 per cents, I got 141 2/3 chance of winning at SummerSlam. See Lynch, the numbers don't lie, and they spell disaster for you at SummerSlam."

Imagine telling someone just before the shakeup in 2016 that 2 years later, one of the Women's Title matches at SummerSlam would be Alexa Bliss vs. Ronda Rousey.

It's kind of hard to get interested in this show knowing what the main event is. Part III of something I didn't want to see the first time in 2018. It's a downer

I can't believe they've actually filled in this much of the card so far. Feels like it takes them forever to decide on their matches for PPVs anymore usually.

Considering that - while Smackdown has really been improving nicely - Raw has been completely uneventful dookie for a few months... I have to say this card looks pretty good on paper. With more to come too, I imagine.
I just hope the right booking decisions are made on the night, because it seems like forever since a main roster PPV ended where I haven't been left baffled and turned off by some of the match endings/results.

The card is shaping up nicely. Can’t wait! It really is a decent looking card (Brock/Roman aside) but my fear is that they'll just keep adding matches for the sake of it until we have like a 13 match card.

Here’s the matches being built to that would get it to 13... Already Confirmed: Bludgeon Brothers v New Day or The Bar Likely: Bryan v Miz Nakamura v Orton v J. Hardy Possible: Balor v Corbin B-Team v Revival (v M. Hardy/Wyatt?) Rusev (and Lana?) v Almas (and Vega?) What misses out? The roster is so ridiculously stacked with talent that it feels like nearly nobody deserves to miss out on being booked, yet many are going to by necessity of keeping the overall runtime of the show to a single digit number of hours.

Yeah, I’d think so too, although Balor v Corbin probably would go on the main card (especially if this, of all things, is what brings out the demon paint again) in exchange for Alexander v Gulak.

Nakamura vs Hardy confirmed for US title at Summerslam. No Orton, yet. And when Orton is added, expect him to win considering Jeff is pretty battered and needs time off, and the other guy is The Choke Artist Known as Shinsuke.

When they announced the Cruiserweight match, did they explicitly say it was for the pre show?
I wouldn't expect anything else.
