Cute, but does like she's farting out the Divas logo. I had the same thought.

Cute, but does like she's farting out the Divas logo. That just show what SHE thought of the term. Also, I loved Molly back when she was Mona in that ring gear.

One of the best parts of the Women's Rumble was how over Molly was during it.

I legitimately believe that Molly is the most attractive female to grace the WWF/E in the 30+ years I watched wrestling. Layla is a close second, but that angle pissed me off so much. It was made worse by the fact that everyone and their momma said she was one of the sweetest people anyone had ever met.

Completely off topic, and not sure if mentioned already, but Molly is competing at Chikara's King of Trios event this weekend as part of one of the 16 teams

You shame me and call me a pervert for coming into this thread because I might like big asses. And then you have the gall to ask me why people shamed Molly for having a big ass.

36-24-36?
Only if she's 5'3". Well, technically Nora is 5'4", but semantics.

That first Trish promo was the first time I had ever heard the phrase "junk in the trunk" used to describe a person's ass. But there was absolutely nothing wrong with that beauty of a booty. It's Vince/Dunn so who knows what their logic was.

Around this time Steph was also rumored to be down on Nidia for being "too fat" so who knows. The irony of Nia Jax having thus far avoided the 3 letter f-word while being near twice the size of the women who weren't so lucky is incredible given the same people are still right where they were. And Molly would have made for an "incredible" Elastigirl cosplayer back in the day.

Molly was prettier than most of the fake titted bimbos they wasted airtime on for years.

I think what was more annoying was how they mentioned her (supposed) virginity and that she didn't want to have sex was justification for being a heel. I’m glad you brought this up because I just watched Victoria’s RAW debut match and Molly is a guest commentator, with King repeatedly asking her if she’s a virgin and making virgin jokes: youtu.be/6msOuHMYZr8Holy crap I didn’t remember it being that bad. That’s really uncomfortable to watch in 2018, with Molly just meekly saying “That’s nobody’s business” or ignoring the questions. That’s not somebody using that to be a heel, that’s a performer very half heartedly going along with the crappy material they aren’t comfortable with. I know Molly has said in the past she didn’t like it being used, but I didn’t realise how obvious it was that she didn’t like it being used.

Though, while they never used that word, they certainly did a fat shaming story line. So, Nia didn't completely avoid it.

Nora legitimately waited until marriage because she wanted it to be special (she wasn't even being a prude about it, she even blogged something once along the lines of she was looking forward to swinging from the chandelier) and WWE decided to actually bully her for this because they are goddamn children.

I could be wrong but I think I remember them asking her if she'd be okay with some of it but it went beyond anything she'd expected. Or was that the Mickie James is fat bs? One of the two.
I'm just glad that things have changed somewhat or I imagine Bailey would be the new Molly (think of how much worse the 'you're just a superfan' thing would be with them making fun of virginity and big butts because reasons). Considering that they were calling Mickie James of all people fat, it's scary to think of how many women would be harassed today if standards and writing hadn't changed.

I don’t think this angle was as bad as people made out.
She was a heel. They wanted the heel to be made fun of and have something for the crowd to latch onto. Molly’s character at the time was a snob... unlike the other divas who pranced around in bikinis and showed off their assets, Molly was “moral” and had values etc.
The intention of the storyline was that despite this, Molly had a fat ass. It was basically a way of saying “She may be a snob but underneath she’s no different to Trish and Torrie and every other hot diva no matter how hard she denies it!”
That’s my take on it anyway

That doesn't make that much sense though, having a big ass isn't really a moral stance one way or another except for the fact that you might like cornbread.
