What you do is to count the number of[/u] F[/u]'s in this sentance:

It's definitely six. It's easier to get people with it if they read it aloud rather than seeing it typed out. Most people don't see the F in "of" since it's pronounced "Ov".

because the f in "of" is skipped by your brain, normally, automatically (unless you're aware of this or really do pay attention to detail) and also an F in a word can be skipped
