Austin Aries has preemptively burned his bridges Pfft. Marty Janetty’s been hired and fired three times already. That's on the people who sign him, knowing he can't leave Georgia.

So there's rumours the owner of the Jacksonville Jags and Fulham F.C. is involved in this. With copyrights, an AEW Twitter handle and AEW domain name being snapped up, something is definitely going on. How big though, is anyones guess.

JR has already announced he is leaving AXS/NJPW at the end of the year, I think Josh Barrnet as well. I so wonder if AXS would pick this up, they're already going to be airing WOW relaunch headed by Jeanie Buss.

Interesting. I doubt it's going to be anything huge, but it would be good if they can at least get a foot in the door and establish something decent.
That said, God why does every single company have to have some stupid forced three letter name? I get it, all the big companies have done it. That doesn't mean it's an absolute necessity.

I feel like this is the best of all worlds. The Elite/Jericho don’t have to deal with WWE, and can leave New Japan as a whole.
NJPW already have their merchandising/expansion/media ins and the Elite have their production ins following the success of All In. The only loser in this scenario is ROH.

Also would All Out be an outdoor show? That seems the logical step to take with that name. Nah, All Out is just another way of saying you are giving it everything you have, which works well with this project.

Interesting, if this is true. Hopefully they don’t make the same mistakes TNA did, and given that none of the people involved in those are likely ever going to be anywhere near this project, it seems unlikely that they would.

Only drawback is that everyone’s theme music will be performed by Fozzy.

The Khan family are gonna lose a lot of money because of Jericho’s stupid cruise lol
In all seriousness I hope they succeed but it’s gonna need a Ted Turner type investment and it still doesn’t guarantees that it will work.

Here’s the difference between Vince and the other promoters and why they failed, Vince doesn’t take vacations, Vince goes to the office at six in the mourning and leaves after midnight, to him it’s more than a job. Vince is deep in a bubble that he doesn’t watch or reads anything that isnt wwe related.
The Khan family member isn’t like Vince. Unfortunately I think he’s a money mark because he said that he’s basically doing this because his son is a wrestling fan. The history of money marks in wrestling is a sad one, the wrestlers just take advantage of the money mark by working him.
Vince is also petty. He still f***ed with a dying AWA by telling the wrestling comission that Kerry Von Erich was missing a foot and that it violated their by laws.
Vince is also very smart when he wants to destroy the competition. Instead of signing a big name, he hires the production and business people away so it starts dying on the inside, then he takes away their top guy.

I just have this feeling that Jericho is going to come out of this thing looking like an unbearably slimy "holy SHIT, how do you even get this carny?" scumbag at the end of this. Like, even moreso than the cruise did.

ROH: If that's the case, at least they had a good run. Lasted longer than WCW did. I'm sure ROH will be fine overall. They survived TNA taking early talent, RF Video, Punk/Joe/Dragon/Nigel/etc. leaving for greener pastures. They may have more money to sign talent with the Elite's salaries off their books. Plus, this may not be a standalone company roster. Kenny and co. have always talked about combining rosters and delivering dream matches. Perhaps they will share talent from ROH/NWA/Impact/MLW and even have some New Japan help. If they have the ability to spend big money, they may even be able to pull some people from WWE.

Jericho will probably get richer at the expense of the poor schmuck. He's the Jimmy Hart to Khan's Jonathan Vargas. That’s the problem with the money mark. He doesn’t know he’s being f***ed with and scammed. Carnys only respect other Carnys. Khan is not gonna be aware of how much things really cost in wrestling, and the carnys using Khan’s fandom against him, will work him for their advantage.

Press Release: I am starting my own wrestling company, it is guaranteed to lose less money than Khan's shitfest. I'll supply the mats for the workers to tumble around on. Now we just have to figure out how to get Old Man Tronsin off our backs.

I think they can handle the, what, seventh year of Jericho's midlife crisis? Also, I can't wait to see the brown-nosing JR will do to get back into WWE once this endeavor flops.
