How so? How would you have put this together? If Undisputed Era wins Cole gets the UK title and Fish the NA one, if the faces win then the War Raiders get the tag belts. Pretty simple. I'd go full-on ECW Ultimate Jeopardy style. If Dunne loses the fall, he loses the title to whoever pinned him. Tag champs lose, the dude who gets the fall can pick his new champ partner. Add in other stipulations for the non-champs (Cole gets his head shaved, etc)

I feel like some of you forgot that you can’t win by escaping the cage. Hell of a f***ing show The commentators literally made mention of that when Cole & Ricochet were both on the top of said cage. Hard to miss that.

Add in other stipulations for the non-champs (Cole gets his head shaved, etc) Progress did something like this once. Regression (Havoc, Robinson and London Riots) vs FSU, Noam Dar and Ospreay. If Havoc got pinned he lost his belt to whoever, if FSU got pinned the Riots became tag champs, and if anyone else got pinned they were fired. It ended up with one of the Riots being pinned and both of them being fired.

That was fun. Black/Gargano was the best match but everything on this show was f***ing fantastic. Why can't the main roster produce stuff consistently like this?! A lot easier to kill yourself on a blowaway match when you're not on the road for months at a time before and after the big show.

Easy thumbs way up from me. Every match on the card was fun to watch and the crowd was super hot for most of the night can't really ask for anything more.

I was there and had a great time.
-Thought Riddle had a great intro to Takeover, and Ohno sold that knockout like a million bucks. Was hoping for a longer match, but it clearly was meant as a star making moment for Riddle.
- I think they crowd was expecting Kairi to win, so the ending felt a little flat, but the women’s title match was a solid opener.
-Although it didn’t top Almas/Gargano for me, Black and Gargano told a great story in the ring. I know people say that Gargano can be a little over the top, but he played the turn well. Black’s striking is so vicious live. I love it.
-I thought Ciampa and Dream were going to disappoint since the matchup felt a little awkward to me in the buildup,(at lease to me) but I thought it was match of the night. Crowd was scorching hot for Dream to win, especially after that concrete DVD and elbow drop. Great finish.
-Wargames was great too although I think it fell slightly short of last year’s. I wasn’t really hyped for the War Raiders, but they were definitely impressive in their showcase moments. The main thing I wanted to see was for Ricochet to do something crazy live and he didn’t disappoint. Double moonsault off the cage was pretty insane. -
-UE is such a great unit. Cole is clearly a star, but KOR is so fascinating to watch in the ring. Roderick had a great spotlight upon entering, and Fish definitely gave a solid and gutsy performance, even after he tweaked his knee on a spot with one of the War Raiders.
-Super excited to see Dunne, and even though the story of him being last out after being locked in felt a little corny, he played it well and gave a great performance despite also being clearly a bit hobbled.
Overall, a fantastic night of live wrestling. I spent a lot of money on pretty good seats, but it was definitely worth every penny.

The War Games match was the most fun I had watching wrestling all year. I liked the heel move of trying to keep Dunne locked in the cage. I liked the spot where Dunne was by himself in one ring and the UE was preventing anyone from helping him. I like big tag team matches like that one because you can see such a variety in one segment. Like the Royal Rumble, it can kind of be a "showcase" of several stars at once.
One thing that helped with my enjoyment was that instead of thinking about who the WWE was pushing or burying, I was able to sit back and enjoy the chaos. I had the same feeling with the NXT Title match. I was okay either way with Dream or Ciampa winning. Dream looked like a star in that match, even if he didn't win the title.

I'm not complaining because I love dogs and X-Pac's is cute, but why is it there with him? Is it a therapy dog? I hate the therapy dog gimmick. How and when and why did it start? Oh I can't have a bottle of water on the plane but person x can bring a flea biting animal because they aren't dangerous.

I feel like some of you forgot that you can’t win by escaping the cage. Hell of a f***ing show I feel like Dunne could have ended the match sooner by dragging out one of Era when he was trying to get in, since leaving the cage constitutes forfeit.

I feel like some of you forgot that you can’t win by escaping the cage. Hell of a f***ing show I feel like Dunne could have ended the match sooner by dragging out one of Era when he was trying to get in, since leaving the cage constitutes forfeit. That's not Dunne's style. He's one who would rather beat the hell out of you than get a fairly cheap win. Was there live up in the nosebleeds. The event started late I did notice. The doors took way longer to open than we were told. Even the NXT taping started well after they seemed to be. Made me wonder if the Riddle-Ohno segment wasn't done to make up for that since they couldn't have a proper match. They also gave us these light up bracelets that would change colors during the night. Was a cool image to see them all change to purple during Dream's entrance. Matt Riddle has this amazing doofus energy that kind of just makes you like him. Crowd went nuts for the flash finish. Ohno sold it like death. My eyes were on him the whole time and he practically crawled his way up the ramp. First match was really fun. Kairi got a good pop and Shayna got some really good heel heat. Being where I was, it took me a long time to realize who was running out to help Kairi. My view of the screens wasn't great. A few fans nearby kept shouting and cheering for JoJo. I didn't bother correcting them that Kayla Braxton was doing the announcing. Gargano-Black was amazing. You really could feel Black's strikes. Also, being so far away, I always saw the hit before I'd hear the sound of it which was actually kind of neat. Dream for sure got the pop of the night. Crowd was going nuts for him. Ciampa got awesome heat. We in the nosebleeds didn't get up on our feet for anything except when Dream hit the DVD on the floor and then went up for the Rainmaker. We all bit on that HARD and thought Dream was going to pick up the win. I think the crowd really wanted to cheer for Dream after the match, but we never got the chance to. Seeing War Games in person was awesome. Was glad they used the old rules. Seemed like it took a bit for the crowd to get into War Raiders, but once they did their usual big spots, the crowd got into them. The spot with keeping Dunne in the cage didn't really work for me, but I couldn't really tell right away what was happening so I blame that more than anything. Definitely a blast of a time. Next time a Takeover is gonna happen near me, I am absolutely going back!

* Fish puts 2nd padlock on Dunnes cage *
Ref #1: Hey, in 3 minutes we are gonna need to open this cage.....but he threw away the key.....what should we do
Ref #2: F*** it. Let’s wait to the 3 minutes are up and then we’ll realize that he’s still locked in and p*** about getting bolt cutters that we clearly should have gotten during the 3 minute wait

Joking aside, I really enjoyed the show. I don’t watch the weekly NXTs but all the action I thought was really good. First time seeing Riddle and his flip flop spot was hilarious I thought
All the matches I thought were really good. I’d say I enjoyed last years war games better but was still entertaining

Peter wouldn't be much of a Bruiserweight if he just dragged a dude out of the cage and left it at that.

Dose anyone know when NXT will be on Hulu? Takeovers oftin end up on Hulu around four or five in the afternoon and it's not four where I'm at.
