- I think the DH for both leagues was inevitable so I have no problem there
- Min 3 batters for a pitcher I think is a good rule as well as the mix matching was really getting annoying
- Draft advantages for winning teams i'm not so sure on. Teams don't really tank in MLB per se and the biggest ones who did it were the Cubs and Astros and they got World Series titles out of it. Now Orioles and Marlins are tanking
- Not crazy about the single trade deadline as I did like being able to grab a player before September who could make a difference but i'm guessing that would force teams to do more and not sit on their ass because they got another trade deadline to make moves
20 second pitch clock is something I swore they had already but don't enforce at all

Realmuto to the Phillies.
Marlins get RHP Sixto Sanchez (Phillie’s #1 Prospect) and catcher Jorge Alfaro.

Marlins came out real good Realmuto is good but not worth giving up your top prospect That's why I said Marlins came out real good
Phillies paid a premium trading in the division and gave them a young pitcher who can throw gas and a young catcher in Alfaro who never really has gotten consistent time and not too far removed from being a top prospect in baseball

Alfaro was too inconsistent even with good playing time. Dude's not bad but Realmuto is a sure upgrade especially when it comes to hitting It sucks giving up Sixto, but JT's made our lineup even better with the move, they're definitely playing for the now and future upcoming seasons. Now we wait to see if Harper signs, cause if that happens, Phillies are one of the teams to realistically beat in the East, and that's not factoring in other pitching they could still land too, Machado and Moustakas are also still out there. They got money to spend, they ain't done.

I think he's had a total of 500 ABs in his career and like 60% of those came this year
Realmuto is def an upgrade tho and with 2 seasons of control they will be fine
I can see Phils with Moustakas but right now they look good with a potential lineup of
1 Andrew McCutchen OF 2 Jean Segura SS 3 J.T. Realmuto C 4 Rhys Hoskins 1B 5 Maikel Franco 3B 6 Nick Williams OF 7 Odubel Herrera OF 8 Cesar Hernandez 2B
If they can get Bryce that would put Nick on the bench and you can slide Bryce in the 3 spot between J.T. and Segura

Bryce seems like a given, I doubt that dude wants to go to the Padres and he doesn't wanna go back to Washington I don't think he likes the management there. Machado's more interesting because The White Sox are playing hard for him, but if the Phillies really want to, they can outbid them, and if they dont want to, they can get Moustakas. Either way, Franco's way too inconsistent, he's a good power bat but he strikes out way too much to be the guy there.

A three-batter minimum for pitchers: I'm on board with this. I love the strategy of righty-on-righty or lefty-on-lefty bullpen matchups, but constant bullpen changes are the biggest offender in terms of games running entirely too long. Major League Baseball needs to do all it can to get time of games down to about 2.5 hours and this is a reasonable way to start. A universal designated hitter: I'll fight this tooth and nail, but I know I'm on the wrong side of history. I like that the American League and National League are still different brands of baseball, but with year-long interleague play, there's not a lot of sense behind not expanding the DH to the Senior Circuit. The designated hitter will eventually come to the National League and I just sort of need to accept it. A single trade deadline before the All-Star break: Nope, I'm perfectly content with the July 31 trade deadline and the Aug. 31 waiver trade deadline. Before the All-Star break is too early for teams to decide whether they're buyers or sellers and, especially with the expansion of the playoffs to include two Wild Card teams, moving the deadline up three weeks would significantly lessen the amount of trades. A 20-second pitch clock: Yes. I'm tired of all the talk about enacting this. Put it into action and make the slowpokes on the mound get the ball and throw it. Again, it's all about getting the average game to 2.5 hours. The expansion of rosters to 26 men, with a 12-pitcher maximum: I am neither strongly in favor of or opposed to this. Draft advantages for winning teams and penalties for losing teams: I don't see the logic behind this. The whole point of the draft is to give the bad teams the best chance to get better as soon as possible. What sort of advantage would it be for the World Series champion to get the first pick and a 100-loss team to get the 30th pick? A study to lower the mound: Study it, sure. But don't put it into action immediately. A rule that would allow two-sport amateurs to sign major league contracts: This is Major League Baseball's extremely transparent way of trying in vain to retain Kyler Murray.

I mean I guess it's the correct move, but now Josh Blue can't tell that joke anymore.

Realmuto to the Phillies. Marlins get RHP Sixto Sanchez (Phillie’s #1 Prospect) and catcher Jorge Alfaro. I am baffled that J.T. Realmuto, a perfectly serviceable catcher with a career slash line of .279/.327/.442 who turns 28 before the start of the season and has only two years of team control remaining, was able to land such a haul this off-season and seemed to be the most sought-after trade asset on the block.
