You have to manually add each individually to your watch list.

Fan of Fake Fighting said it. The short answer here is no, there isn't a quick way of doing this.

The trick I've used is that after I let one episode finish, say Raw, the next episode of Raw will start a few seconds later. I let it run 10 seconds or so, then stop it. I start Smackdown and repeat the process. This way, the show ends up in my "Continue Playing" section. So instead of going to a few different menus and cycling back years, I just go back to the Continue Playing menu and click on the right episode.

One of my biggest gripes with the network is a lack of annual playlists. It's so tedious having to go through multiple menus each time.
