Also announced for the service are a Loki series and a Star Wars series that will follow Diego Luna's Cassian Andor. Also Monsters Inc and High School Musical series.

I'll probably be signing up for this, but it's a lot more for the backlog than anything because none of the announced series are really doing it for me.

I’m in, but as much as the new is a good hook, I better be getting classic Disney anthology, MMC and Zorro.

I'm definitely getting this...but if I could get every Disney Afternoon show in their entirety since Disney is shit at finishing DVD sets that would be great. And some of the original Disney Junior shows like JoJo's Circus and Rollie Pollie Ollie would not be unwelcome. I'd love to show them to my kids.

I'm mostly wanting the animated canon out of this myself, though it'd be nice to get Kim Possible and Phineas & Ferb out of it. Maybe see if Dave the Barbarian holds up or not, I dunno.
Yeah, I never watched much Disney Channel.

Another thing I'd want are all the movie spin off series. Aladdin and Timon and Pumba especially.

I want the complete runs of Welcome To Pooh Corner and Dumbo's Circus. Also, throw in Good Morning, Mickey! and Mousercise.

Disney has so much in their library that this should have happened a long time ago, if you ask me.
I would love if they put up some of the Walt hosted Wonderful World of Disney stuff on there.

Hopefully it will only cost somewhere in the $9.99-$14.99 price range. Any more than that and I’ll probably drop one of my other streaming services.

Alright, now let's talk price. Only specific I've heard was "less than Netflix"

What I think will be really interesting about this one is, I don't know about most people, but if Disney takes all their stuff off Netflix, including the Marvel series? I have WAY less of a reason to have Netflix. I think the only show I watch that's a straight up Netflix original is Glow and most of the older series I watch on Netflix are on Hulu as well.
Netflix without Disney bolstering their library is gonna be really interesting.

Alright, now let's talk price. Only specific I've heard was "less than Netflix" And since Netflix has tiers that's open to a lot of spectulation. I just need it to be able to be viewed by more then one device at a time. Something like this? My whole family could all be on it at the same time.

Another thing I'd want are all the movie spin off series. Aladdin and Timon and Pumba especially. ......I've been watching old clips of those Disney spinoff shows lately, and they haven't aged well. Like, at all. Even the 2 Aladdin sequel movies are rough to watch. Lower budgets were sound at the time for these kinds of things but the results are not good to look at 20+ years later. Which stinks because I really did like that Aladdin series.... That said, I do want a lot of old stuff on the streaming network, and a lot of my interest in getting Disney+ hinges on that. If they just turn it into another modern Disney channel which only airs stuff from the last 10 years (or the same stuff we see repeated on places like ABC and Freeform), why bother.

I watched The Return of Jafar a few weeks ago and yeah I agree the animation is so bad. Still enjoyed it tho.

I'm totally confused by this. Is it going to be replacing DisneyLife, or is it in addition to it?
Do other markets even have DisneyLife?

I would suspect it's safe for now, unless Disney+ is planning to launch all over the world on day 1.....which may be the ultimate goal, but doesn't always seem to happen right off the bat (imagine the PR disaster it it was botched globally on the first day)

There’ll be a lot of rights hurdles to jump in launching other countries, like when Netflix first went international.

Hopefully it'll just get rebranded and they'll add the new stuff as it's a pretty good service and has a lot of stuff on it.

I didn't know about Disney Life but looking at it for ten minutes if everything on Disney Life is on Disney+ I'm sold right there. Some of this shit I haven't seen since I was little. There's stuff on there I forgot I even liked.
