As weird as this is, he does have a point about venues booking bands based on bad information.

But does he have CUSTOM BOOTS? So this is what would happen if Brimstone tried his hand at being a musician. Nah, Brimstone would show up at a bar's open mic night, play a couple songs to middling to no fanfare, then claim he played "a sold-out show" (because the bar happened to be full).

I’d like to think this is an epic troll, but if it is he has spent hundreds of thousands of dollars on it with no punchline in sight.
More likely he just does not understand the organic growth of a band’s popularity and is convinced if he just throws enough cash at the problem one day he’ll be famous and respected for real.

There was a rapper who thought the same thing. He even managed to chart. Then he got indicted for some kind of financial fraud. Pretty fun story, that someone could probably find, but the name escapes me.
