Not sure if it was clean or not, but doesn't Ray Rougeau hold a pinball win over Hulk Hogan?

Not weird per se but obviously forgotten
Chris Beniot made The Rock tap out to the Crippler Crossface when he was Undisputed Champ. Was during the build for his match with Brock at Summerslam

The Great Khali pinned The Undertaker clean. I dunno, I feel like the weirdness of this one is limited if you were watching at the time. Although I think the contrast between Khali's booking between the Rumble in '07 and '08 is hilarious. In '07 he eliminates seven guys and it takes everything Taker has to eliminate him. The following year Taker eliminates him before the next wrestler enters.

Some nobody named The Calgary Kid won a contract on a pole match with Eugene. Wonder whatever happened to him... I wish they had fired his ass. The strangest result for me will always be Sarataker having a pinfall victory over DDP.

The Great Khali pinned The Undertaker clean. Arm Anderson pinned Hulk Hogan on an old WCW Monday Nitro back in 1995. Arn, besides Taker and Brock, has wins over Hogan AND Flair.

Yeah, you have a point there, although I remember at the time still being shocked because I thought Taker wouldn't be the one to put him over. Given as you say how his booking turned out it seems even more weird now.

The Ascension beat the New Age Outlaws at Royal Rumble 2015. And two weeks later, the Ascension were disqualified on Smackdown for kicking too much ass against Roman Reigns and Daniel Bryan.

Maybe not weird that Brock Lesnar in his debut year beat Hulk Hogan when they were putting Brock over big, but when you remember he beat him by BEAR HUG on a random Smackdown... That's weird. Just came to memory after last night and seeing Brock use the bearhug against Bryan and I leaned over to my bud and reminded him of this fact, we laughed hard.

Probably was mentioned but remember when Kozlov beat Undertaker clean as a whistle with a goddamn power slam on a random Smackdown?

Remember when Jack Swagger was getting squashed every week in 2012 (including losing to The Funkasaurus in about 10 seconds at Raw 1000) and then six months later was supposed to be a credible WrestleMania world title contender?
Good times.
