I feel like I'm the only person that sees little to no value in Beer City Bruiser and Shane Taylor. I was on the fence about Shane Taylor for a long time until I saw his match with Jeff Cobb a few weeks back. He looked really good in it and I was sorry to see him lose clean. I think he has potential to make something of himself in the company. As for Bruiser, eh, he's a solid mid-card comedy act. As long as he doesn't suddenly start taking time away from the real workers in the company I can't complain about him.

Figured she would jump to AEW eventually to be part of their women's division and stick with her husband (who has some bad blood with ROH).

I feel like I'm the only person that sees little to no value in Beer City Bruiser and Shane Taylor. Bruiser stole the show in the Christmas 10-man tag. When he's wrestled as a face on the MN/WI indies he's been really over and entertaining. It's the type of character people want to cheer, especially now that he's split from Silas. I hope they go full face with him as something fun and different on the card. Taylor's massively improved over the past two years and I really enjoyed his 2018 work. I think his character is in a transitional phase right now and he's on the cusp of hitting something really good.

It was surreal to see Sabre struggle with Williams the same day I watched Sabre/Ishii from WK, where Sabre largely dominated Ishii and tapped him out. Surreal.

That's a steal for ROH.
They have been building up him vs Kingdom ever since he took Taven's hair

Makes sense, as he's a Los Ingobernables original and obviously affiliated with NJPW already.

ZSJ can handle Ishii. Ishii can brutalize a Kenny Omega type of guy. Omega or someone in his niche can beat ZSJ.

And so begins the scorched earth version 2.0 thing I was sort of afraid of
The big money players willing to spend are gonna grab every talent they can out from under the smaller companies being forced into the letting talent roam free and all that will be left for those small companies will be for them to overpay whatever name talent they can get that do nothing for them.

The Khan family has very quickly disrupted everything. RoH has to lock down who they can (especially when it comes to people they can access through their CMLL partnership) if they don't want to lose them to AEW. Which of course, also hurts MLW, which had carved out an interesting niche as being a televised US promotion where both CMLL and AAA talent were appearing...

It seems that ROH wants to kill MLW this year.
If they get LA Park and his son, MLW is going to be fkd imo.

Pretty scummy and ruins the big MLW match this year, but Rush looks like he'll be the biggest star in ROH now, and should be strapped up. He'll bring huge attention from the Latino market.

To be fair, WWE and AEW are taking talent too. ROH is just doing what they need to maintain a solid roster, and in this case, there is a pre-existing political alignment that streamlines the Rush signing.

It’s just a shitty break for MLW, which to be honest, we all kinda saw coming. Figured they’d be the first casualty of this

As I wrote in another thread, now is the time to make you name as an indy wrestler. These companies are handing out contracts like candy.

I think ROH will win the war if they change Vinny Marseglia to a man that transforms in to a pig at night named The Porking
