I was watching the E&C show, with Tommy Dreamer only wearing the ECW belt. I look up, and both my parents were standing there. I tweeted about it, and got a like from Edge They should film this story and air it every Christmas.

In 2000 during the era of very cheap flights, my family and I travelled to New York for a week during school holidays. We connected to another flight where my sister and her family live, so we took my young cousin with us as well, whom I had successfully indoctrinated with wrestling madness.
We stayed in an apartment with this couple my Dad knew, so we had two bedrooms there with my parents in one and us kids in the other. My parents’ room had the USA Network but ours didn’t, so we had to watch Raw in their room. My Mother was reading a book in the room, and my Father was sat directly in front of the TV in a recliner reading a newspaper.
My young cousin not speaking English at that point meant I had to translate for him and explain what was going on.
That edition of Raw was the one where Mae Young gave birth to the hand.
Not ideal TBH.

My brother and I used to watch. His wife walked in on Stone Cold Appreciation Night as Angle drove out the milk truck. Good luck explaining that...

My dad was a fan but stopped regularly watching pretty much after the Hogan/Warrior era was over. He remembered and liked the Undertaker, but one night he happened to catch the segment where Mideon was sacrificed and just found it stupid and boring.

My dad was watching with me during that segment when Stacy Keibler got her ass sprayed with a super soaker. It was weird because you could sense we were both thinking “Good lord.”

My mother watches crappy soap operas and my dad liked the Twilight films. I've never been caught watching wrestling during an awkward moment, but I probably won't have cringed if it happened.
Surprisingly, the only moment where there was a reaction was from my mom and my grandmother. It was the Great Khali's debut. They were somehow actually impressed.
Also, during the times I actually watched, my mom would often ask if Hogan was still there (years ago). And she would also comment/ask if that's the Undertaker when he was on screen.

Yeah but first you would have to go back to explain the significance of the truck, move on to Tazz's stupid shirt, the then the What? What? stuff... Her response was something like "What in the hell?" Good times.

The episode of Raw that aired the night my grandmother died featured The Godwinns Vs The Headbangers. My dad and uncles sat in confused silence as farmers battled men in skirts and I could sense them judging me with every passing second.
In college, a group of us watched PPVs at a friend's place. It was common for his non wrestling fan housemates to walk in and ask what the hell we were watching.
One such occasion was Vince Vs Stephanie. One housemate wanted to know 1. Why a dad was beating his daughter. 2 Why he had bigger boobs than her. 3 Why we were watching it. We didn't really have an answer to any of those questions.

As my mom sat down with us to watch, Jim Ross stepped up to Michael Cole and low-blowed him right in the nutsack.
Jim Ross: "Michael Cole, I'm gonna give you something to remember me by!"
....and she also saw Marty Janetty join the Kiss My Ass club and she thought it was hilarious.

Okay, not WWE, but WCW. I remember watching Halloween Havoc 1999 at my grandma's house. The living room was right by the dining room, where my mom, my aunts, and my grandma were sitting and talking. Then out walked Madusa in a tiny bikini and I remembered how one of my aunts and everyone else looked at the TV. My aunt was all, "Man, that girl has big boobs." I felt kind of weird when that happened.

Extreme Strip Poker. Helped me realise I was bi, also got my grandma to stop letting me watch ECW.
My dad also walked in on when I was watching some Smackdown PPV and Torrie and Sable had a bikini contest

Torrie/Al Wilson/Dawn Marie segments on Smackdown. Those "Love Machine" Viscera matches had to be awkward for some people here, I'm sure.

My best friend doesnt really like wrestling, he was watching a smackdown with me once and because Finlay and Regal were in he was tolerating it. Anyway a bit further in to the smackdown Kurt Angle cut a promo about Booker T and Sharmel and wanting to have "crazy beastialty sex" with Sharmel. My mate was starting to like it until that moment, he just burst out laughing and still brings it up to this day.

I used to turn down the sound when Paul Bearer/The Undertaker were on because I thought my Mom would think they were too demonic/scary and make me change the channel.
Instead when she walked in during a funeral parlor segment she doubled over in laughter at Bearer's over the top delivery.
At least it worked out well.

I feel like my father has never been more ashamed of me than when he saw part of the Goldust/Marlena breakup angle and I studied Philosophy for 8 years, so it's a pretty high bar. What?! That was actually a well done bit of adult drama (which is incredibly rare in wrestling)

Mom walked in the living room the night Austin saved Stephanie from marrying Taker on the symbol. She said I'm glad Morgan (5 yo nephew) watches the other channel with Flair.

Not really a walking in moment but I had the misfortune of watching the Katie Vick episode of RAW with a girl who I really fancied and was close to getting into her knickers.
Well that ended any chance of that ever happening.
