It’s amazing how TNA failed at everything but they won’t just die. Impact today is like someone blew up a house, and now someone else is trying to atleast salvage a respectable garden shed with the scraps left The house was built on cursed ground (Jarrett and Russo), sold to a sucker (Dixie), hired back the guy who cursed it to manage it (Russo), destroyed by a hurricane (Hogan and Bischoff), received insurance money (Spike), lost the insurance money once they realized what caused it (Russo), tried to rebuild and failed with a shady contractor (Gaburick), lost the second insurance company by insulting them (Destination America), got a new bottom of the barrel insurance company (Pop TV), rebuild again by lying and stealing from a friend (Corgan), realize that the shit is cursed and sell it to another idiot (Anthem), rehire the guy who cursed it (Jarrett), then fire him after a wild trip to Mexico... Maybe just maybe the house is f***ing curse and should just be let to die.

And Bad (non existant really) marketing I’ll let you know that tna put billboards! In Connecticut...just to throw shade on the wwe. They never ran shows there. They wasted thousands of dollars just for a joke. f*** Dixie. Whats even funnier is that they ran house shows in unknown places that drew less people than their 2018 Twitch/Ono shows have done.

I believe AJ said that working those house shows made him realize at the time that he wasn’t famous at all.

I guess that means more Desi Hit squad.

Getting cancelled by three networks and they’ll still survive, ecw and wcw never made it past the first cancellation.

They wasted thousands of dollars just for a joke. f*** Dixie. Stuff like this relates to what we've discussed in other threads. That lack of identity or goal. WCW took shots at WWF. Because they had the budget and the means to compete, and a guy with a clear vision (for a time). ECW took shots at WWF because they were genuinely cutting edge and did stuff WWE never could (at first). TNA took shots at WWE because WCW and ECW took shots at WWF without the budget, direction or cutting edge. All it did was make them look bush league and confirmed they weren't learning from the mistakes of those companies.

Same night Powerslam held a show at the little theater on MCcomb. The TNA show drew right at 80. Powerslam was standing room only with a bit over 100. The video guy that night tweeted a pic of the Powerslam crowd to Dixie. And she blocked him.

It reminds me when Tommy Dreamer tweeted an empty arena tna show to Dixie.

Well I'll say this, it's nice of Pop to allow them to stay for the time being. At least they are not homeless.

TruTV might bite. They dont have much else going for them and TNA kinda fits their bill when it comes to their content.
Or maybe they'll just stick to five straight hours of Impractical Jokers, I dunno, whatever works for em.

Outside if the Jokers and maybe the Carbonero Effect they are in desperate need of content.

Outside of hosting the First Four & a few of the early early men's college tournament games in March, Tru TV does suffer from a severe lack of content & reason to tune in on a regular basis but I doubt they'll bite on Impact.

Not gonna disagree and honestly I think if TNA could get to Tru that's a nice get. I've heard rumors of IFC looking at wrestling too. They're original programming isn't awful (or at least Brockmire is entertaining) but they have a lot of open time to fill with two and a Half Men playing all the time

One has to wonder about any network that would consider picking up this show. Since Impact is a buzz-less, life-less product and even POP doesn't really want them anymore, whatever network that does pick it up would effectively say they rank lower than Pop on the cable TV totem pole.
