My guess would be they'd end up playing in San Antonio at the Alamo Dome for one season.

It would be hard to have any team to go play a year anywhere, it was talked about St. Louis which I doubt would be a good idea only because we been through this before and knowing we never likely to getting a permanent team here again, I doubt we would want to be reminded of that and not having know attachment to them anyway. If the SB win happens regardless where, I doubt nobody would care. Yes the league is soulless and doesn't care about a fan base.

STL and SD are both options, but why would either market want a temp team when they have been scorned.

That would be hilarious. They can play all of their home games in all of the international markets the NFL would like to try out. Imagine the interviews: Jon Gruden: It will be so nice to go back home to London next week! Derek Carr: We are not in London next week. Gruden: I meant Berlin. Kolton Miller: We aren't there either. Gruden: Really? Is next week our Mexico City game? Rodney Hudson: Try again coach. Gruden: Tokyo? [everyone shakes their heads no] Toronto? [everyone keeps shaking their heads] Seoul? [heads still shaking] Are we playing a game in Sydney this year? [everyone looks around confused] Khalil Mack: [pops head in the room] I don't know where you are playing your home game next week, but I'll be playing in Chicago! Maurice Hurst: Please take me with you.

UNLV isn’t available on sundays? The article actually outlines why UNLV isn't an option.

Could AT&T park work as a temporary home for the Raiders? It might work considering that the San Francisco Demons of the OG XFL played home games there in 2001 and Cal used it in 2011 while their usual stadium was undergoing renovations. It might also make a good full circle moment for the Raiders, their first season in 1960 (back when they were part of the AFL) played their home games in San Francisco, the last 3 home games of that season were played in the then home of the Giants: Candlestick Park.
If the Raiders do play in Levis Stadium in 2019, the 49ers better install artificial turf (even if it's only for one season)

UNLV isn’t available on sundays? Everybody hates UNLV's stadium. Even UNLV. Why do you think they'll be moving the football program to the stadium when it's built?

I'm not sure why that hideous monstrosity was built in center field of the old Alameda Coliseum yet it's tarped off all the time.

Cities that the Raiders could call home in 2019 BUT WON'T happen: Vancover (It would anger British Columbian Seahawks fans, also the Raiders would have to work around the BC Lions and Whitecaps schedules so Vancover is a No Go) Boise Idaho (Won't Work, the last thing I want to see is the raiders playing home games on the Smurf Turf even if it's only for one season) Portland (Wont Work, ya likely can't fit a football field in where the Portland Timbers play, and don't get me started on the Raiders having to play home games in either Eugene, Cornvalis or a mixture of the two) Berkley (Won't happen, a traffic and parking nightmare)
What I predict will happen in 2019: The Raiders 2019 world Tour with "Home" games at London, Mexico City, Seattle (as long as it doesn't conflict with the Sounders should the Seattle stop happens during the MLS playoffs), Tokyo (NFL had some preseason games in the Tokyo Dome in the past), and 4 other cities

Mount Davis was built to help bring the Raiders back to Oakland, in hindsight, it SHOULD NEVER HAVE BEEN BUILT, it took away views of the Oakland Hills. I will not cry the day the Oakland Coliseum closes for good

Honestly, they are most likely going to play at Arizona for the majority of the games.
