The last WWE PPV for 2018 has ended. What did you think of it?

5-6
Orton/Mysterio, Bryan/Styles, and TLC were all great, but the rest was either meh or eldritch terror.

I only actually watched Rollins / Ambrose and the main event.

I'd give it a 7, which is mostly off of how really good AJ/Bryan and all but ten seconds of the TLC match were. It was a show with a lot of missteps and typical WWE ideas, but it did have such rarities as the faces getting their revenge together on a heel who's made everyone miserable. And that's something.

I'd give it a 6. Brought down by Corbin/Strowman being a TLC with no tables or ladders used.
Better than I thought it would be, tho. TLC has been a weak ppv for the past several years, even by WWE standards, but it was decent tonight.

It was a damn good show aside from Drew/Balor and the MMC final. The tag match was dope, The main event was dope and sets up some long term plans, the chairs match was good, Corbin got his comeuppance, Daniel/Styles was top notch, Dean/Seth was good despite it being slow, The Raw womens title was good, aside from Drew/Balor the right people won. I just donโt see any issues with the event as a whole other than those two matches. 7

4, there was a bunch of stuff I didn't watch because I had no horse in the fight. The MMC final was fun, Baron's Last Stand was alright, the tag title match ended the right way (Sheamus taking XW's head off with the Brogue is great). Drew & Finn...missed that one, although glad Balor won. Raw women were okay. Seth & Dean lost me when the announcers started bickering at each other. TLC is practically the best match by default -even if it was only half as good.
(Forgot Nattie vs. Ruby, which was fine. I'm all aboard the Riott Squad train. Hope Liv is okay, that bump looked hellacious as her head looked like it bounced off of the floor. And Rey vs. Orton, which I watched but didn't really have interest in - even my son swore this was something he saw in 2011.)

Counting the preshow.
Buddy Murphy vs. Cedric was great. No surprise there.
Elias vs. Trashley was okay. Not a fan of Bob losing only to stand tall at the end anyway.
MMC Final was a fun little opener. I expected it to be on the preshow, though.
The SDL Tag Titles match was pretty much the kind of match you'd expect from the three teams, very good. I'm tired of watching them fight each other (the Usos need to move to Raw).
The way Braun vs. Corbin went probably ended up being better than how a straight up match between the two would've gone.
Natalya vs. Ruby was rough. Hopefully Liv's okay after that table bump. Natalya is one of my least favorite performers in the whole company.
Finn vs. Drew was... whatever. Didn't have any interest in this match heading in even though I like both guys (Finn especially).
Rey vs. Orton seemed decent, but I was focused on the live thread for most of it. The finish was something different, so gets some props for that.
Ronda vs. Nia wasn't as good as the MITB match, but I still enjoyed it.
I gotta go back and watch Bryan vs. AJ again, but what I caught while I wasn't f***ing around in the thread was really good.
Becky kicking Nia's ass in the back gets ***** from me.
Death vs. Seth, I've already given my thoughts on that.
Women's TLC was great. Started off a little slow, but once it got going it really turned into something great. Charlotte continues to show why she gets pushed as hard as she does, Becky is still The Man and I'm happy for Asuka because she's who I would've had win.
I'll be nice and give the show a 7.

9/10
I really enjoyed everything outside of Elias/Lashley and most of Dean/Seth.

Considering how bad RAW has been, this show was nice, not the best thing ever but it had good matches
Now we'll see how RAW SHAKES THINGS UUUUUP amirite?

I will say that for as negative as people are overall about the product, you can take the live thread and even this thread as proof that regaining the fans wouldn't be hard if the show could sustain any kind of quality long-term. People want to like it and when it turns out overall pretty good, they're willing to admit it.

Honestly I'm giving this an 8 for the simple fact they finally did something I forgot they knew how to do...give us happy endings.
Truth/Carmella winning despite how botchy Fox was is a good move. The tag title match was good but I am tired of them not utilizing Sanity/Club/etc. into the mix. The Corbin beatdown was exactly what we needed - would've liked Revival to be there though. Natalya vs Ruby was a good ending even though I don't like Natalya, the face really needed the win here. Balor/Drew in my opinion had the right winner, Drew needs to be held back a bit since if they overpush him, he's going to a hit a brick wall if they don't pull the trigger and Balor can't keep losing to everyone. Orton/Mysterio was a good chairs match and I usually hate these matches since it's literally just a No-DQ match. Ronda and Nia had a good match but the Becky beatdown after sold this for me. AJ/Bryan was an amazing match and the ending means neither man looked weak. Seth/Dean I thought was a good match even thought the crowd/commentary will probably bring down people's opinion of it, the last few minutes told a good story. I think we can all agree Asuka finally getting her moment after that TLC was much deserved.

Death vs. Seth, I've already given my thoughts on that. That's a hell of a typo. Death jobs to no man. ๐

Three matches I enjoyed (Rhonda/Nia, AJ/Bryan and Charlotte/Becky/Asuka) and a whole lot of middling or junk, on a show with a pretty lifeless crowd and just way way way too long.
So, odd one. Probably say a six, and one of these shows I'd never watch again but seek out those three matches individually.

I don't know whether I was just in the right mood for it but I found the show very satisfying. The Braun/Corbin stuff was harmless fan-pleasing fun and all the right results throughout.

I only watched the last 3 matches. It probably seemed like a better show to me than most, since I didnt catch the alleged slog of the earloer parts.
