I found this on Reddit and I figured this would be a good idea to share.

For those of you that will be getting the three-month WWE Network cards for a stocking stuffer tomorrow for Christmas, do yourself a favor and DON’T activate it until January 8th.

Wrestlemania is April 7th this year so obviously if you activate it on January 8th, you’ll get the most out of the deal this year and get all of Wrestlemania season with your card.

When I got 3 month card prior to buying the Network myself that's exactly what I did. I waited until the week before the Rumble to activate it.
