Funny thing is, weren't the Patriots complete jobbers for like 40 years? Looking back at it, they were jobbers from 1964-1975. Then they made the playoffs a few times, got curbstomped by the Bears in Super Bowl XX, and then were jobbers from 1987 to 1994. So only about 18 years. Granted, they have nothing on the Buccaneers.

If I'm reading it right, KC pass rush finished with one QB hit. Damn.

And to once again prove that on the field success doesn't always mean being able to be a great coach of GM, the architects of turning the Pats completely around are 2 Bills that never played a down in the NFL.

To be fair, I think most people outside of Boston could go the rest of their lives without seeing the Red Sox or Patriots win anything ever again.
Or maybe I'm just jealous because I'm a Braves and Panthers fan. Who knows.

having not seen the game; Imma take a wild guess here; KC led at one point but doinked themselves like a clown show into OT where the pats ran the ball 3 times then punted for the win. Rams, please, don't let me down, don't let the nation down. Nah, NE basically dominated the 1st half but the Chiefs took over in the second turning it into a back and forth game that NE was honestly lucky to win.

Now here's hoping CJ, Son of Bum, and Talib get another ring.

I'm sorry, but one just can only take so much bellyaching about a team. Like, yes, I'm a Colts fan; I'm required by law to loathe the Patriots, but I blame Andy Reid's time management and Bob Sutton's incompetence for the Chiefs losing tonight. And I'm certain they probably got tired of the "Oh, the Patriots are too old, Tom Brady's washed up" shtick this season to pass up this opportunity.

I mean Bill Belichick did a lot, but what did Bill Nye the Science Guy do for them?

By the way, even though the Pats have benefited twice now (Super Bowl LI and tonight) from the overtime rules I think they need to be changed. Each team needs to possess the ball at least once.

I happy that Pats won, but man those refs sucked HARD!.
Bad call on the face hit on Brady, no PI call on Dorsett TD, Gronk getting humped by Berry. Bad calls on JC Jackson. Probably missing some too.
They were letting them play all game then in the 4th quarter refs were like f*** that!

The NFL has the worst OT rules, kinda surprised they haven't addressed that...

There isn't a single city that deserves success less than Boston, cool at least I have a free weekend now.

I would still prefer Weird Al Yankovic for the Halftime Show.

Listening to Romo today, dude is going to be getting offers to be a coach. Yeah, all season he's been calling plays almost exactly how they would be run
His mind for the game is sharp
The very first game be called with Jim Nantz he was doing this so much to the point where it sounded like Jim was getting fully annoyed by Romo. I'm a big fan of Romo's commentary.
