I'm a Pats fan, but that game was exciting to me. Nerve racking, but fun.
I definitely get if you didn't have a dog in the fight, but both defenses were f***ing beastly! I loved it.

Good fourth quarter... and Ill defend the first three quarters.
The offenses didn't play like crap, both defenses were NAILS. That's Pats defense beat the living shit out of Jarred Goff all night... Look at the numbers for how bad he got beaten tonight against what was just voted the best offensive line in football. This was a legendary level performance. Goff dropped back and had a guy in his face, he never stood a chance.

Somewhere Philly fans are saying "There's a reason that that ain't a 3-peat..." Reminder: Pat's wins.... unless it's the NFC East. Except when the Pats beat the Eagles the first time. But I guess Eagles fans would rather forget that.

I find it a bit strange that BK are using the Andy Warhol thing as their ad... since well... it's pretty damn well known that he loved McDonald's. Also for that scene he originally asked for a McDonald's Burger. And one of the funniest commercials happens after the game where Harrison Ford has a terrible dog forcing him to order a crap ton of dog food. That aired during the game too. It was part of a longer Alexa ad.

I didn't mind it much because I can appreciate a good defense but it did make for a mess.

I just think it was funny that with all the talk that defense is dead and we are going to get massive offense like we saw earlier in the season, that the biggest game of the year was a defensive orientated game.
Not funny as in strange, but funny as in ironic.

Brady is so good, he's had two HOF careers, one before he tore his ACL and one after. But let's hope he has a tiny dick or something. Well, if Ted 2 is to be believed....

The kid that got the sack on Brady where he fumbled but the Pats recovered, he went to the same high school that I did, the team went 0-30 in those years.

The Steelers tried to give the game to the Patriots but thier shit offensive effort and dumb penalties wouldn't let them. It is just not thier year. That’s why it’s hard for me to get too frustrated about today’s loss. The realization has set in that the Patriots may win a game or two in the playoffs, but they’re probably not going to the Super Bowl and they’re definitely not winning the championship. It’s just not their year. The talent isn’t there on either side of the ball, the defense looks slow and plodding, and the skill position players are letting down Tom Brady just as his age is starting to show. They’ll go 11-5 and win the AFC East, but it’s not going to be a long January for the Patriots this season. Sup?

And now a quote from Tom Brady's press conference: I know what it's like to lose. To feel so desperately that you're right...yet to fail nonetheless. It's frightening, turns the legs to jelly. But I ask you, to what end? Dread it...Run from it....Destiny arrives all the same. And now, it's here. Or should I say...I AM.

As a big Pats fan, I will absolutely admit, if the Saints were in the Super Bowl as they should have been, they would have had a real good chance to beat the Pats tonight.

They didn't play Sweet Victory at Halftime
The commercials were all either pretty meh or really shit
And the game, regardless of the outcome but it had the worst possible one, was undoubtedly one of the most boring and horrific Superbowls I've ever had the displeasure of watching
And honestly, the NFL completely deserved it for this shitshow of a season.

I've waited so long to wholeheartedly agree with you. I missed the 1st half, but by all accounts it was even worse than the 2nd half. The Pat's pass rush was good, the Rams run D was solid, Edelman was Edelman. But other than that? Sloppy, 2nd rate football. The difference in the game was Goff not being pressured, but anticipating pressure and throwing one of the ugliest, most anti-climactic INTs since maybe Neil O'Donnell to end one of the only long drives of the game. I love defense, but more mistakes than plays were made tonight. Pats fans can enjoy their victory, nothing will take them down from a 6th SB win. But as a casual fan, that game sucked hard. If it were a Week 4, 3pm game people would have turned it off before the 4th quarter even started.
