About RVD, they are bringing him for his name value, Impact clearly lacks star power. Part of RVD run in TNA being bad was also due to booking sucking the motivation out him(See his TNA debut vs Sting, it was beyond retarded that he squashes Sting and then he gets beatdown for 10 mins due to Hogan forgetting his cue). That’s a pretty weak excuse honestly. A professional will go out there and give it an honest effort regardless of how shit the booking is. i say this as an RVD fan.

And, having been proven a total liar about her retirement, Gail Kim has now demonstrated one of the last things female wrestlers hadn't been doing that male wrestlers have been doing for decades #womensrevolution Retirement means jack in Pro Wrestling lol, when you had Trish, Lita, and lately Beth Phoenix coming out of retirement.

Sorry for the bump but KM actually decided to no longer stay with Impact because he was banged up.
He really should try DDP yoga. It really sucks what has happened to him because his face turn made him an entertaining act along with Bahh.

That's really sad to hear about KM. I went to one of the two GFW-TNA house shoes and he was fantastic. A really good heel who got the crowd into it.

Sad that KM has to at least soft retire because of his knee. Dude had finally gotten over in a big way. Probably never get the Bahh and KM tag titles run I always hoped for.

He was barely used since the 2018 Windsor tapings.

I'm okay with this and not surprised. I think he was the only guy on the current Impact roster that had go away heat with me.

Kongo Kong was STILL with Impact?

I didn't hate Kongo Kong, he brought something different to the roster, kind of an old school big fat guy. Would I have wanted him to get a major push? No, but if you want someone for power guys to toss around to show what they can do, or an obstacle for smaller guys to overcome, you need monsters like that.

I'm genuinely surprised by this. He was literally (not joking) the cheapest guy on the roster, so having him around wasn't going to cost Anthem anything on the budget. Then again, aside from that one push that didn't amount to anything, it's not like it was a loss for the roster, but it is a loss for me because I can't make jokes about how cheap he is anymore.

(and yes I will post this in an unbiased, objectional fashion...just wondering if there's more to this than meets the eye...if he "had" to quit Impact, why come back and bury them?)

His knee injures are actually real. I never said otherwise. (like I said, won't get personal due to the wishes of the board) I am curious what else could have happened though to cause the bad blood with Scott?

Scott shouldn’t have engaged him at all in public, but at least he didn’t make an ass of himself or the company.

I think that was inevitable: Penta and Fenix have been putting a lot of people over around the wrestling world, probably in preparation for settling down in AEW, at least in terms of their US work.
