So the big result from York Hall... {Spoiler}David Starr is gone from Rev Pro, as after many shenanigans and Andy Quildan getting involved, Will Ospreay pinned him with the Storm Breaker. The match went around 42 minutes, totally bloated.

The first 10 people for PROGRESS' Proteus Rumble for Alexandra Palace have been announced and there are a few surprising additions.
I guess PROGRESS are doing intergender wrestling now?

Also apparently Gene Munny's possessed the body of the deceased No Fun Dunne because Schadenfreude & Friends is that kind of promotion.

Next 10 participants for the Proteus Rumble and there are some real doozies in that line up.

I seriously recommend listening to The Spandex Pantomime, which is Justy from OTT's podcast. His guest is former OTT Women's Champion Raven Creed, who goes into great detail over the treatment she endured while working for Celtic Championship Wrestling in Cork, at the hands of their owner and promoter. Very #MeToo stuff there, and certainly a difficult listen in places, and a lot of these incidents happened in the last couple of years. If it wasn't for OTT, Raven seriously considered stopping wrestling - considering she's only 20, she would have a lot of time to do something else with her life, but she's been wrestling for a quarter of her life, so it's great that she's been the busiest she's ever been this year.

I've been meaning to listen to this for a bit now so thanks for reminding me. I should also promote Phoenix Wrestling too, run by Billy Bedlam and Luke Barry, who basically helped resurrect the Cork wrestling scene after CCW basically turned it into a joke. The OTT show that was there a couple of weekends ago was basically the reward for all the work those two put into that and developing their school. The fact there's even a hint at a CCW resurrection at this point is damn gross considering all of this.

On a happier note, John Cena’s trolling of Session Moth Martina is getting to ridiculous levels where he’s following everyone possible who tweets him about it except Martina and it’s glorious.

The OWE UK tour, scheduled for September 18th-19th in London and 20th-22nd in Liverpool has been "delayed" following the resignation of their booker. No word on refunds just yet, and talent are already going online to seek alternative bookings.

In other sad wrestling booking delaying news, Breed Pro Wrestling’s Starrcave Event has been delayed because of licencing issues. If those licenses go through as they should, they’ll rearrange it for the first week of October.

And in further news, Southside Wrestling Entertainment have announced that they will no longer be running shows beyond their 9th Anniversary Show in October. Beyond then, Revolution Pro Wrestling will be taking over their regular venues.

New match for this Saturday's OTT show and it's a tad bit on the random side (just like how OTT likes it); A team representing Pro Wrestling Land's End in Japan and captained by AJPW tag champion Ryoji Sai takes on a team of OTT's finest.
How many will represent both companies? Who will join each team? Considering he's on the Wikipedia, will Réne Dupree return to OTT on Saturday? All these questions and more answered this Saturday in Tallaght.

Going to try something a bit different here in trying to write down matches to keep an eye on this weekend from some of the shows going on this weekend either for story or in-ring standpoint just to make sure I’m not repeating the news and the like;
Might be a bit bias but two matches to keep an eye on would be Jordan Devlin vs. Paul Robinson and David Starr vs. Scotty Davis from OTT Road to Fifth Anniversary. In 2019, the war between Starr and Devlin has gone on in two different islands and in terms of professional records for the year, it’s 1-1. Jordan getting a big win at OTT Homecoming and Starr beating him in the final of PROGRESS’ Super Strong Style 16 final. But let’s not forget, back in Tallaght earlier this year, WALTER got another win against David Starr (controversial circumstances, mind you) and that has its own championship implications. Not just for the OTT title but for the PROGRESS World title match next week at Alexandra Palace. There are questions to be answered heading to both shows and some of the answers might come on Saturday.
But regardless, Devlin has to contend himself with a man who also has recent history with WALTER, a man who could be Proteus Champion next weekend and one of the most vicious, dangerous competitors on the British Isles, Paul Robinson. With recent Devlin OTT matches, he’s faced people who he can adjust to, a style he can recognize. Robinson is a brawler, unpredictable and puts himself at risk for the win. Can Devlin cope?
David Starr hasn’t faced Scotty Davis one on one but the last time these two faced off was at ScrapperMania 4 in a six-man tag for the Golden Opportunity briefcase. The last time these two were near each other, though, it ended with Davis getting a piledriver to the floor on the Contenders before OTT Homecoming. David Starr’s big weekend notwithstanding, Davis also has a big weekend in PROGRESS, making his main show debut during the National Progression Series. The man who got him in that series was one Jordan Devlin. Will Starr take advantage of facing Devlin’s protégé and try to manipulate him like he did former friend Sean Guinness or will Scotty Davis get another big win under his belt heading towards the NPS and the road to Fifth Anniversary?
Over at Breed, though, and with the Starrcave show delayed, the show on Saturday will start earlier at 3:30 instead of 7 and be a pay-what-you-want doubleheader. One of the people most affected by the change is Breed Pro Wrestling Champion TK Cooper.
He was expecting to face Scotty Davis, Brady Phillips and the winner of the Breeding Ground Invitational but with the show delayed and a card reshuffle, he’ll be defending his title in an Open Challenge. With a lot of talent coming in that were working the Cave show, there’s a wealth of potential that could fill that spot. Could it be one of the men who was supposed to be in the 4 way? Could Session Moth Martina interrupt her match with Gene Munny to try and win the big one? More Than Hype and Aussie Open have singles experience, could it be one of them? Or could it be someone unexpected that hasn't been in the conversation? Breed Pro Wrestling plays by its own rules so it could literally be anyone. The champ, however, has been confident on Twitter since the change but with the open challenge format being what it is, will that be his downfall?

So because of Mark Davis dropping a bottle at the last show and the group getting in trouble with the venue for that, they’re trying to make sure nobody gets hurt in this next announced match for Schadenfreude & Friends 2;
The Anti-Fun Police ( Los Federales Super Santos Jr. and No Fun Dunne (or should that be No Fun Munn-y)) taking on Team 187 (Charli Evans and Ricky Shane Page) in a Definitely Not an Actual Deathmatch where the weapons are 99.99% guaranteed to not hurt anyone in the audience. Hopefully.

Most of those are busy with OTT (including Martina, who faces the "Bigsby" to her "Klannon", Toni Storm), or ATTACK (the Schadenfreude lads).
