The Dazzler/Tigra show was described as "two woke superheroes." So either Chelsea Handler & Co. will have fun playing with the socially conscious thing, or they intend to use it somewhat seriously as the show's driving force. Yeah. Seeing that Kevin Smith is charge of Howard the Duck it could go either way qualitywise but recent Kevin Smith stuff has been pretty bad. Could sausage nazis work with Howard the Duck? It's not a stretch to say that Steve Gerber would've demanded to write a story about sausage Nazis vs. Howard. That madness would have been right up his alley.

Aside from Inhumans, the MCU hasn't let me down yet.

Inhumans was initially crowbarred into Phase Three by Ike Perlmutter, who's been the driving force behind the Inhumans push and the X-Men depush over the last decade or so. Once Feige wrestled control of the MCU away from Perlmutter after Age of Ultron Inhumans was immediately put on indefinite hiatus. This freed up a slot that was later filled by Spider-Man, and Perlmutter got his Inhumans itch scratched with the TV series. Of course, the reason Perlmutter lost control of the MCU was because of his legendary thriftiness, and boy did all the money he didn't spend on that show tell.

Amusingly, his mindset was very Eisner-y and he entered Disney under Iger, who likes to spend money to make money.

Inhumans also had a bad director in Scott Buck, who was also responsible for the problems of Season 1 of Iron Fist
