Why put "vs" in the title when it's obvious they'll be teaming up against the villians? That's always a big pet peeve of mine. Other than that, cool. It's a weird tradition thing. Like, I am sure they'll briefly fight, but it's just something crossovers do even when it doesn't make sense. Like, I don't know if in Mazinger Z vs Devilman if the two ever even fought in it, but I also haven't read a synopsis of that in forever.

I neglected to mention in my earlier post that Troy Baker voicing both Batman AND Joker should be a lot of fun. Dude is talented.

This sounds pretty neat.
And hey, at least it's not live action.

Bro. What if Leonardo is addicted to SEX and Michelangelo kills April in the first scene for fun bro? Bro, what if Raphael goes to jail and gets raped by Kevin Costner bro?

I haven’t read the comic, but does it follow the same old formula of “heroes fight under the incorrect belief that the other side is evil, only to eventually team up once the real villains are discovered, and then part ways with a newfound respect for one another when it’s over”? Because I’m really sick of that plot... Not really. They do have the brief moment as the Turtles snd Shredder are transported to Gotham and hwan Batman shows up after investigating reports of giant turtles the Turtles attack him but it's not the whole plot. Big thing is Batman finding the turtles as Kindred spirits and Raphael not trusting him while shredder transforms the Gotham villains into hybrids. 2nd series has Bane transported to the Turtles universe where he perfects venom. While Donnie struggles with confidence and feeling he is not strong enough to help his brothers.

What you gotta understand, bro, and I swear on my kids' graves on this, bro, is that it's only logical that Donatello and Casey Jones ditch April and declare their romance for each other, bro. Why would they waste time and energy on some broad who didn't appreciate either of them? LOGIC, BRO! Gay jokes and bestiality equal ratings, bro!

I bought this on DVD. Just got done watching it. It's A LOT of fun!
Ra's Al Ghul and Shredder plan to use a combo of TMNT's ooze and Joker Venom to turn the people of Gotham into insane man-animal hybrids so they'll tear each other and the city apart. Batman and the Turtles initially fight but inevitably team up to combat the combined forces of the League of Assassins and the Foot Clan. Batman is serious, the Turtles do a lot of clowning around (Mikey in particular, naturally). Damien/Robin isn't an insufferable little prick, Baxter Stockman is pretty hilarious. Unlike the comic book version of this team-up, there's no mention of inter-dimensional travel, so Gotham and TMNT's version of New York just coexist in this universe. Which is fine. Makes the sequel (fingers crossed!) easier to explain. Definitely check this out, it's a blast!
