Riott Squad are such an afterthought though. Just yet another set of NXT Talents, wasted. It’s weird how Logan and Morgan may be more credible than their leader at this point. They at least had a strong showing in the Chamber and actually WON a match to qualify.

Good point. Maybe a break-up's on the cards and Ruby can go solo?

I can see it. There’s a reason why ruby has been going at it alone. And with the chamber done, what exactly do you do with them? Go back to Natalya?

I posted in the EC discussion thread but my volume was low on the stream. Was the crowd turing on Becky? Nope, it pretty much got a '90s Steve Austin reaction.

Becky's being compared to Nia's multiple injuries? Are we serious right now? Wrestling isn't safe. Did you guys say Charlotte was reckless at Survivor Series? If you don't know the difference between what Becky did and Nia did then there's no helping you.. #CharlotteShouldBeFired lol

Any Nia apologists calling for her head yet? The obvious rebuttal being, if you are told to break a metallic object over someone's head with 43 strikes, there is a possibility that jagged metal might just cut someone. What’s so wrong about being a Nia Apologist? The girl made a mistake. It’s not like she punched Becky intentionally or on purpose. The string of injuries and such aren’t excusable, but to call anyone who defends someone for accidently injuring a co worker as an “apologist” is off to me.

Two legs, one leg, no legs, whatever, when you see The Man, it’s someone’s ass. It’s really fascinating to see how strong they’re booking her and it still not quite sinking in because of Charlotte still being in the mix. Yeah really, its amazing how much Charlotte merely existing deflects from any idea of Becky being 'overpushed'. I'm not the one who coined it, but Becky's push is a Roman/Cena-level push which fans are reading as a Daniel Bryan one.

WWE Security is more lax than Corey Graves morals. Becky was going hard with them crutches. The video of that house show where Charlotte kept working Becky's knee was similar. There was something like five officials and every time Charlotte wound up the chair they just moved out of the way. None of them even attempted to take the chair from her. Here Ronda, short, sweet and to the point. This is how you do it.
I'm reminded of that saying "as useful as a one legged man in an ass kicking contest. Gotta say if it's a one-legged The Man in an ass kicking contest. I'll still bet on her.

there was a point at which Charlotte was holding on to her arm and I thought that they were going to do another injury angle except it was Charlotte instead of Becky. That actually would have been fine with me as a way to get Charlotte out.
For instance, have Becky and Ronda beat the everliving shit add a Charlotte to finally get her ass out of the match.

I’ll post this in the Becky Gwitter thread. But I thing it belongs here, too:

Ronda just standing there looking mildly amused as Becky murdered Charlotte was hilarious. They could do this every week and I wouldn’t get tired.

She walked out of that RAW with a legit crimson mask, Ronda did the same here.

These three are well aware that this is their moment to be Austin & The Rock or Hogan/Andre etc. I guarantee that Ronda is telling Becky to stick the shots in there & make it look good. She can take it and the feud & eventual Match got turned up tonight. Especially when one considers the ridiculous booking decision to job Ruby out. Becky could light the other two on fire in the ring right now and the audience will pop her.

You do get the sense some of the moments they've been having are going to be played for years to come.

Yeah really, its amazing how much Charlotte merely existing deflects from any idea of Becky being 'overpushed'. I'm not the one who coined it, but Becky's push is a Roman/Cena-level push which fans are reading as a Daniel Bryan one. This take severely misreads what was problematic about Roman/Cena-level pushes: it wasn't that they were pushed hard, period, it's that they were pushed hard when large segments of the audience were against the push. There was a time when fans chanted 'Cena sucks' and genuinely meant it. And we'll always have the shit-show that was the 2015 Royal Rumble. At his hottest, however, Bryan never had 'mixed' reactions from fans, unlike Reigns and Cena. Additionally, Becky's only been getting the rocket push for 6 or so months, which is much shorter, and far more palatable, than the years and years when WWE kept on insisting upon Cena and Reigns as main eventers. So this take about Becky getting pushed like Cena but received like Bryan is especially off-base. It'd be like complaining about whether Steve Austin was being pushed too hard in late 1997. Or complaining that Hulk Hogan looks too strong as a babyface in 1984. Sometimes, super pushes are okay and legitimate. Especially when the fans are actually behind the super push.

Just let her start using the Stunner already. Everybody's waiting for it. Ya know she's totally gonna use it at Mania.
