Even the women main eventing is only on the table because of Ronda, this is still the opportunity. The hottest angle they've had for months, an organically developed opportunity for the women to main event to a white hot crowd completely behind the idea, which will elevate the women and feel like the culmination of years of progress and work.
Also in my mind there's no doubt that Bryan/Kofi is a main event nowhere in Vince's eyes. The WWE title is not main eventing Mania in this brand split. As much as Seth/Brock is the least voted option of the three it's also infinitely more likely than Bryan/Kofi, because it has Brock and it has proxy Roman in Seth and it has the A show title involved. The WWE title simply does not main event when the universal title is also being defended on the card, that's been the story of this brand split. I don't see any way the question isn't just down to the womens' triple threat or Seth/Brock for me, and in that regard, give the womens' match the spot, we don't need another Brock bummer to close out the show.

Becky. That is the story WWE is telling right now, and I want them to actually finish something. Kofi as WWE champion is something I can get behind at SummerSlam after some time is spent putting over Kofi as being strong enough to beat someone like Daniel Bryan because as it stands right now his newfound higher power level is nonsensical from a story perspective. Why is it different from say, Nick Foles taking down Tom Brady and becoming Super Bowl MVP? It's not even the most unrealistic part of that match-up. People get hot and outperform themselves all the time in sport, how many have the kind of personality transplant Daniel Bryan has had? Anyway, the answer is Becky. I like Kofi, but people just want him to win the title for the sake of him having held it. This Becky-Ronda thing will go down as one of the top five or so biggest WM moments.

If Becky/Ronda was one-on-one I'd go for that but I'm far less interested in a triple threat (not a knock on Charlotte, who might be the best heel in the company) so as it stands I'd rather see a well-built Kofi/Bryan match close.
I've a sad feeling Kofi's main event run ends at Fastlane, however.

They both deserve it, but I'm going with Becky.
The build up for Becky in the main event and her feuds with Charlotte and Ronda have been going on longer than the build up for Kofi challenging for the WWE Championship. Also, they should capitalize on having the first women's championship WrestleMania main event while they know that Ronda Rousey will be there. From a marketing standpoint, that is a lot of potential eyes on the WWE product for the first time if you give it enough hype.

Sorry Kofi, this is a very easy pick.
If it helps, I'll vote for you to headline the next one.

Becky. But Kofi should win the belt too.
