The Result: Call up four NXT Dudes for no reason at all to a heatless crowd, and also basically do the same shit you do every week, including repeating Pay Per View matches
It legitimately scares me they actually pushed the writing and booking team to BE DIFFERENT for this RAW, and not only was it basically the same with new guys being thrown to the slaughter, but the script wasn't even finished as the show went on
Just a big yikes from me... just don't promise change, you can't do it.

It feels like Nitro towards the end. What a mess.

It feels like Nitro towards the end. What a mess. The ratings are matching it, they're losing a third of their audience every year, and it's dropping even harder over the last few months, people are straight up tired of their empty promises.

When they wrote this show, they had no idea that the Cajun dome was going to be such a dud of a live crowd. No way would they “send them out to die”. They probably only got the hint after the first segment with Hunter or Braun. By the time that happened it was too late to take them out.

and don't you guys bring that change is slow thing they had time to change stuff and clearly changed nothing. As I said at very least they could try different promos format. I didn't watch raw but I can guess it had. Ah 20 minute opening promo. someone talked with an authority figure at an dull room someone was watching a TV backstage at a weird angle. someone interrupted someone in the ring. (bonus point if it lead to a tag match). I did read spoiler up to the end of the braun match tho.

What was the point of that? What was the point of any of this? Wait till AFTER Mania then you have a guaranteed hot crowd. This as I said in the thread, reeked of desperation again, they're rapidly losing ratings, they could, yknow, actually make an effort to change and work with the roster they have, but they're just sacrificing more to the alter. Even if they had a good crowd it doesn't change the fact these dudes have all been called up with no direction or purpose.

(HHH recapped the chamber and hyped up the new stars, don't know if it went 20 minutes but it was an opening promo) someone talked with an authority figure at an dull room (No, but there were multiple backstage segments) someone was watching a TV backstage at a weird angle. (Yes, Gable and Roode watching Revival vs DIY) someone interrupted someone in the ring. (Lashley and Rush beat up Balor, Ricochet made the save, tag match bonus point awarded) (bonus point if it lead to a tag match). I did read spoiler up to the end of the braun match tho. Well I let you know.

Some temp NXT call ups? They gave the crowd NXT temps as their main reason to cheer. The people got tickets to a post-EC/ “Road to Wrestlemania” RAW and they got temp call ups and filler that moved no story forward.

That crowd was dead when Hunter said his first words on that episode. Even when the show was beginning, they were dead. They were expecting more, yes, but they would’ve likely given the same heatless energy.

Quite a few crowds would be pumped to see those guys and literally any other crowd would've been more excited. They did this in the worst possible place. They were dead from the start.

The company gave nothing and got nothing.

I think it's a mix of things. The crowd was certainly terrible, but the actual show itself was bland uninspired crap that's the same shit we've been seeing for months, just with new people slotted in.

I just wish it wasn’t so boring. Even something like the guest host era provided some entertainment in just how awkwardly bad it all was.
