I am curious to see what happens with Spider-man once this deal with Sony ends.
Sony is gonna be emboldened by the success of the awesome Spiderverse & terrible Venom, and you know they're gonna try and take back Spidey. Story wise that'd be a mess since they've made him such an integral part of the Avengers now&have Iron Man and Fury in his solo movies under that deal. I guess you could have him quit the Avengers, but then to have movies where it's still Holland et al and to just ignore the MCU would be lame.

For what it's worth, here are the movie currently slated for Phase Four. The official announcement is expected at SDCC. {Spoiler}{Spoiler}Black Widow - begins filming in June.
Gurdians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 - James Gunn's script will be used, but filming has been delayed until February 2021.
The Eternals - presently in the middle of casting, filming scheduled for August.
Black Panther 2 - Coogler confirmed as director, and Boseman and Wright confirmed to reprise their roles last October.
Doctor Strange 2 - Derrickson confirmed as director, and Cumberbatch, Wong and McAdams confirmed to reprise their roles last December.
Shang-Chi - currently in the script development stage.
Eight movies have been scheduled for release between May 2020 and July 2022, so that leaves two that have thus far not been disclosed. Young Avengers, West Coast Avengers, and another Thor movie have all been rumoured, and Captain Marvel 2 is a certainty as well. IIRC it's been speculated by "reliable insiders" that if Sony choose to not continue their deal with Marvel, they would be required to reboot yet again. Obviously take it with a pinch of salt, but it would make sense. This version of Spidey is canon in the MCU and it's very unlikely Disney would allow Sony to simply walk away from their partnership and continue using a version of the character that exists in their universe and leech off their publicity. After the success of Spider-Verse I could see Sony attempting to go forward with Miles and just keep re-upping the deal with Marvel for Peter.

If Sony did that they'd probably change the name of the character, dont want two unrelated films with Spidey's name in the title.

The chemistry Thor had with the Guardians in Infinity War was amazing, so I'd love to see a Guardians of the Galaxy + Thor and friends movie. I want this to happen so much!!!!

It makes the most sense to pair Thor with GotG. Taika has said he doesn't want to do Guardians since that's Gunn's, but you put Rocket, Groot and the rest in another Thor and you're golden. If Batista doesn't want to be Drax without Gunn, guess he doesn't survive the Snap OR once Thanos is beaten he's satisfied his family got justice

Plus I wanna see Korg&Miek and Rocket&Groot interact.
Just be like Korg: "oh yeah, so Groot doesn't say much...this here's Miek, also on the quiet side."

I loved Cap 3 and understand that Downey and Evans most likely won't be around after Endgame, but I think Civil War would've fit in nicely. Finding a big bad to follow Thanos will be difficult. Pitting the heroes against each other, especially with more established eventually like X-Men and Fantastic Four, could've been interesting.

If the merger goes through they'll be able to use Dr. Doom and Galactus as potential villains to follow Thanos.

Sequels for Black Panther, Captain Marvel and probably Doctor Strange. Hopefully the Bucky and Falcon mini can give those guys some actual personality, because a Winter Soldier, 70s style political thriller would be cool. I'd love to see a full X-Men reboot, done by Marvel and focusing less on the Xavier/Magneto bromance, but it might end up just as disappointing as the last several X-Men movies. They're planning an Eternals movie, which doesn't really interest me, but it's something fresh. And the Black Widow movie is still hovering just on the edge of existence. As long as they keep McAvoy and Fassbender for the X-Men I am on board. Just reboot the whole series while keeping those two. Last several X-Men films were disappointing? First Class, Days of Future Past, and Logan were amazing though.

Do we seriously need Doom? I personally find him to be of no value for the MCU

I didn't see Logan, but I thought the rest of the X-Men movies were crap, and if they keep McAvoy and Fassbender, it's probably a guarantee I won't see any of the new ones. I want a full reboot - universe and characters, within the MCU. They could build a whole new set of franchises on the emergence of mutants, and what they mean for a world where humanity is already living in fear of alien threats.
