Drew McIntyre is this generations’ Randy Orton it seems, in that he has all these Hall of Famers singing his praises talking about how great he is, future world champion, all this... yet all I see is a quite bland looking guy who works a generic ‘methodical’ plodding heel style. Like, I just don’t seem to see what everybody else does. But what do I know. He hits people quite hard and screams in his opponents faces a lot when they’re down on the mat, so... cool?
And I like Randy for the record, when he’s on and interested he is in fact one of the best. I’ve just never got it with Drew. Especially on this latest run.

I halfway expect this match to be a lot better than anyone expects it to be. I really like Drew's matches when he's given time and a good opponent but his character is such a snoozer that he basically has to start from 0 every match.

anything not being awfully slow will be great for this match.

This should be North American wrestling's Shibata vs Ishii. They could keep this under 10 mins, make it a complete sprint and make both guys look like absolute monsters.

What’s the over/under on Claymores and SuperMan punches?
Not Spears though, because you know one single spear is ending this ish

Imagine if this is the shocker match of the night lol. Keep it short and brutal and it has a shot. Slow and plodding HHH style? Nope.

If it's an all out balls to the wall banger like Brock/Goldberg was a couple of years ago, i'm really gonna enjoy it. Brock/Goldberg at WM 33 needs to be their blueprint for every match like this.

I was actually predicting a quick squash for Roman, but a brawl does sound intriguing.

The only way this isn't the worst match of the night is if it's very short or something else is horrifically overbooked. Roman's matches are generally boring at best and Drew is the polar opposite of interesting.

Both guys are equally capable of fun brawls and rest-hold filled slogs. I'm hoping this one is quick and brutal, or the crowd will turn on it quick.
I don't see Roman losing his first match back, but it would probably be a better story if he did.

This should be a sprint. Both guys wrecking each other for 8-10 mins since a physical match up is both guys style and add on to that Roman has only had a handful of single matches since his return
I do think in a sense Roman should lose and Drew should win for both guys long term booking. Roman continues to make his climb back and losses in a match against a physically dominant Drew while Drew silently makes his case for the Universal title at some point

Yeah if we can get some brutal back and forth wrecking ball shit this'll redeem Drew and give Roman a nice little Mania win with cheers for once. I want all-out brutality from these guys, and if I see one rest hold I'm going to the f***ing bathroom.

This might be the biggest match of Drew’s career. It could make or break his main event push I think. I hope he makes it.

I hope they place the match at a point in the card my traditional excessive Wrestlemania Red Bull drinking overwhelms my bladder.

So this is going to be an overly long boring ass match with a lot of taking turns napping. Roman would be better suited for high impact quick matches I feel, like Goldberg. Yeah long matches are overrated unless you got the right performers. Just let roman and drew destroy each other for 10_15 mins

Kofi/Bryan did and those two aren't really physical wrestlers.
