I bet all three of them treat it as the house show it was intended as and they have a blast. Should be fun to watch. The house show is in Moline, IL. I'm selling my Rochester(MN) ticket to go to this show so I can watch these guys have a blast.

Man they must feel really confident that his hobo stick isn’t gonna be on a train to Jacksonville in October.

Against who? Lashley, Corbin, and McIntyre? Yawn.. Most likely. Those guys are the dullest. That’s what the arena has advertised

I only care about the Shield when people want to see all of them.
If Roman's getting booed again then f*** this anyway.
The Shield made all of them into legit main eventers, but it's also been a bit of an albatross. I'd much rather have seen Dean go out putting someone over in some insane match on Raw.
No, not Drew McIntyre, or any of the three boogers.

They've put out a shirt for the occasion.

Think Finn will drop the IC Title on this show.

Shame Big E is injured, I would booked New Day vs. the Shield.

Apparently they've confirmed who their opponents will be.
Surprise, it's the Three Faces of Zzzzzzz.

can't Shield just die away already? The Shield was great, but they're starting to get that treatment we talk about DX getting. Remember when The Shield invaded AEW on a tank?

The week after that there will be a WWE 24 about their final airplane ride together or something lol "THE SHIELD'S LAST BREAKFAST TOGETHER" Which turns into table for three to talk about their last match.

So for those who aren't geography majors, it's in Moline, IL. Part of of the Quad Cities, just across the river from Davenport, IA (Seth's hometown). I can be at Tax Slayer in about 20 minutes from my house. There are tons of tickets available, even on the floor. I haven't been to an event in 10+ years but I might go just for the shenanigans that might get pulled. I'm just curious how they are going to tarp off the empty sections to make it look worth a damn for the network. That said, from my recollection, they were still doing a pretty good walk up business the last time I went to an event, so it could be pretty well packed by showtime.

Couldn't they have picked three people we actually want to see them face?

I love Seth’s reassurance that it’s the last time lmao he pretty much did that at the Raw after Mania when his match with Kofi and The Bar was finished and he had to echo the sentiments of the crowd.

Only the ring has lights in a house show. Watch Prime Time Wrestling, the arena won't be lit up at all and you will barely be able to see any of the crowd. They tarp off stuff on Raw/Smackdown because they have colored lights on the fans so you can see them on tv.

So their Farewell Match will be exactly the same match as their Final Match at Fastlane. And I guess Balor won't be dropping the IC Title to Andrade, since he's scheduled to wrestle Elias here, so either way the IC Title is staying on Smackdown, so that means that Samoa Joe is definitely moving to Raw.

It's better that way. The WWE and Intercontinental Championships should both be on the same brand.

This Monday on RAW: "One night after their historic final match and farewell, the Shield say goodbye for the final time!!!" They'll be interrupted by Drew, Corbin, and Lashley, and they'll face them in the main event, as the Shield reunite for their final match ever. It will end in a no contest, setting up a Shield, in their final match together, vs. Drew, Corbin, and Lashley match at MITB, where if the Shield lose, they must break up. The Shield win, only to announce the next night on RAW that Ambrose is still leaving, and last night really was their final match together. Then, they'll be attacked by Drew, Corbin, and Lashley, setting up a Shield, in their final match together, vs. Drew, Corbin, and Lashley main event on RAW, which the Shield will win. As they take their final bow, they'll be attacked by Drew, Corbin, and Lashley. Determined to avenge the attack, The Shield, in their final match together, take on Drew, Corbin, and Lashley, at Backlash.
The Shield, in their final match together, defeat Drew, Corbin, and Lashley at Backlash. The match is immediately followed by a farewell address from The Shield, as pyro goes off and the crowd throws streamers into the ring. The following night on RAW, it is announced that Ambrose is leaving the WWE, but before he does, he will join Seth Rollins and Roman Reigns, as the Shield get together for the last time ever, to say goodbye to the WWE Universe. As the Shield say their final goodbyes and head up the ramp, they turn to look at the audience and pose one final time. Suddenly, from out of nowhere, they are attacked from behind by Drew, Corbin, and Lashley, with all three members of The Shield being put through the announce table. As a result of the heinous attack, The Shield, for the last time ever, will join forces to take on Drew, Corbin, and Lashley, in the main event at Extreme Rules. The Shield triumphs, and it is announced that on the following RAW that they will bid a final farewell to the WWE Universe, as they appear together for the final time.
As The Shield are delivering their farewell address on the live RAW, on a taped edition of AEW Monday, Dean Ambrose is attacked from behind by a debuting Drew, Corbin, and Lashley. Following the assault, Ambrose grabs a microphone and challenges Drew, Corbin, and Lashley, to a 6-man match between himself, and two mystery partners... As AEW ends on that dramatic note, the live RAW has a 10-minute overrun that features the Shield, after saying their farewell to the WWE Universe, leaving in a stretch limousine. As the limo drives away, it is t-boned by a Hummer. The show ends with us seeing Drew, Corbin, and Lashley, exit the Hummer and we fade to black as we hear Corbin say the words, "We'll see you at SummerSlam."
