Posting it up cause I was watching it in my office. She caused a real threat down there and they had a manhunt looking for her but she was found dead
She traveled from Miami to Denver after posting crazy messages and talking about purchasing a gun
This whole thing went down in like an hour from the start of the manhunt to finding her dead

You hate to see someone take their own life, but it’s better than the feared alternative. It was a very scary situation.

Article linked didn't mention anything about her committing suicide. Is that confirmed?

Article linked didn't mention anything about her committing suicide. Is that confirmed? Confirmed now. They said self inflicted gun shot wound in the press conference

Astonishing to realize Columbine happened half my lifetime ago.

I was 16 when Columbine happened, so the idea of a school shooting like that rattled everybody in my area. Even crazier was a girl I graduated with had moved from Colorado in 7th grade, and if she had stayed, she would have gone to Columbine and had friends there.
Glad nothing happened, but also sad to see a young person like that. I saw on CNN that people treat Columbine like a tourist attraction, and some nuts have even showed up saying that Harris and Klebold were their husbands and shit.
But to lighten the mood a bit, I remember when Columbine happened and they said the shooters names for the first time. I heard "Eric Harris" as "Eric Karros" and I thought, "Holy shit! The Dodgers first baseman shot up a high school?!"

Columbine happened months before I graduated high school. Considering I pretty much hung out with the schools outcasts AND used to wear all black and a black trench coat to school for a bit...I retired it pretty damn quick. No need for any misunderstandings.

I'm glad she died before she could hurt or kill anyone.

This forum really isn't the place for this sort of thing.
