John Cena as Gentleman Ghost (recently utilized as a Squader so it's not just an unrelated DC pick), please.  I would be for this if for no other reason than because I love Gentleman Ghost and want him in more things  |

It’d be pretty f***ing nuts if Cena and Big Dave both end up in this one together. This is apparently filming the same time as Army of the Dead, and Dave is the lead in that. It doesn't necessarily rule him out of this, but it would limit him to a small role or a voice over. |

It’d be pretty f***ing nuts if Cena and Big Dave both end up in this one together. And there's always the outside chance of Kurrgan, Nathan Jones and/or Tyler Mane being used in background roles. |

I remember there was a rumor Cena would be in Thor Ragnarok as just WWE John Cena in the gladiator arena and I'm still a little mad it wasn't true. |

He was also rumored to be Dr Manhattan in the hbo show Watchmen, or possibly a new movie? Forget exact details but am glad he didnt. Manhattan requires nuance that Cena doesnt have, despite being as detached from humanity and feelings as Manhattan |

 From who has been rumored to be in it, Peacemaker makes a lot of sense. Hes a weird guy, who hates war but is super violent. Cena could play him. Peacemaker was also the archetype for Alan Moore's Comedian in Watchmen. |

It's not Cena's first comic book role. Transformers was and is a comic book. In fact, technically the first issue of the comic book came out before the first episode of the animated series aired. But wasn't it a toy first? |

If we ignore the original Diaclone, Mecha, and Micro Change toys that had some very limited availability in the West prior to Hasbro purchasing the rights, the first Transformers-branded toys began hitting U.S. stores throughout March and April 1984. The U.S. comic line began in May '84, while the TV series began in September '84. |
