I’d say the above was a stretch but man...a lot of that makes a tonne of sense, doesn’t it? That’s kind of crazy.
Honestly it’s nice to have something in wrestling that could be interpreted that way as well as the Bray’s career parallel stuff.

That's nonsense, the Firefly Fun House isn't WWE. Firefly Fun House is entertaining.

Isn't it nice for something to have enough subtlety and feeling of care in its crafting that even if it isn't intentional, it feels as though it has layers to it? That it's something, creatively speaking, you can really sink your teeth into? That you can dissect and discuss with some substance and depth? Haven't had anything like that story telling wise in the WWE in a very, very long time. Which is ironic, because Bray's stuff is the most WWE's gotten to becoming what Vince allegedly tries to make RAW's & Smackdown's every week, "higher entertainment/art" than mere wrasslin.

He's one of the most level-headed guys ever in the industry too, so we aren't talking about a Jesse Ventura conspiracy nut here. The only thing I disagree on is Ramblin' Rabbit. I don't think he's Moxley. I think he's Luke Harper after that public release request.

Lance Storm is basically the last person you'd ever expect to come out with crazy conspiracy theories, so I absolutely think he's on to something here.

Mildly off-topic, but I've gotta say, it's refreshing to see a veteran on a podcast talk about the failings of WWE, and not immediately blame everything on the talent. Pritchard, Jericho, Austin, Cena, Rock, all of them basically tell the regular guys that they need to "push the envelope" and "just go out there and make things happen", with no regard to the fact that talent get punished for breaking the script. Meanwhile, Storm is flat out saying that Vince and Creative are the problem.

Tonight was... Ehhhhhhhh?
There were some good visuals in there, but it felt like it was really slipping right back into same old, same old Bray Wyatt, especially the bit with the Fiend at the end.

I mean, it was kinda clear he wasn't going to keep up the kid show aesthetic... so the real question is if he can do something different with the spoopy stuff.

That, and... how much longer are they going to run these before he wrestles? We’re at nearly three months of these now. That’s almost as long as those Kizarny vignettes ran for, and only one month less than Emmalina.

Skipped Raw but I had to catch Wyatt's segment so after seeing it man, that R&B version of the Muscle Man dance theme is so damn fire I want a full version of it.

Kizarny had one singles match that was more to highlight MVP losing than anything else, a segment where he got pulled away, a battle royale, and was released. Meanwhile, Emma just straight up buried the Emmalina gimmick the moment she came out. I wouldn't be surprised if Bray winds up treating this like Dustin Rhodes treated the Seven gimmick.

I'm actually surprised the Lance Storm interpretation is at all controversial. That's entirely how I was interpreting it.
It's a brilliant way of playing to the smarks: He's positioning himself as the truth-teller fighting the evil system... which is EXACTLY WHAT HIS CHARACTER WANTS TO BE SEEN AS.

I wonder if Ramblin' Rabbit continuously coming back from the dead is supposed to mean anything. I hypothesized that Ramblin' Rabbit was a metaphor for Bray's old rambling promo style, so maybe he's saying that every time he tried to do something different, he got dragged back into his old style? And that's why he keeps letting Ramblin' Rabbit die. To show that he won't be forced to do the same thing anymore.

I wonder about the scarf he wears, though. Is he dressed like someone, like Mercy's Hawaiian shirt?
