I remember Chuck Palumbo calling himself Custom Chucky T on Velocity. He was gone by next week. I remember his Custom Chucky P phase, right at the end of his first WWE run (summer 2004). I *think* it lasted a few weeks, but he was almost exclusively on Heat and after maybe 1 or 2 Raw appearances he was part of that year's 20-person firing...

Carlito Caribbean Cool- it was definitely unnecessary for him to use such a long name

Wasn't that some weird time wrap crao? Because he did the tapings first as Cain the Undertaker, but then debuted at Survivor Series as the Undertaker, then the tapings aired as Cain, then it was dropped forever more? So he was, then wasn't, then was, then wasn't again. Yep. But viewers at the time weren't really aware of the filming chronology. This has confused me for so many years. I remember his debut at the Survivor series as just plain Undertaker. Then a few years ago on YouTube I saw Kane the Undertaker. So just to be clear Survivor Series 90 was not his actual debut? He had wrestled at those TV tapings prior to Survivor Series? I always thought those tapings were immediately following Survivor series and they wanted to give him the name Kane the Undertaker and then decided against it.
