I agree. I’ve completely done a 180 on her.
Her “Conor McGregor wannabe” act is so f***ing tiresome. Like... she’s not even hiding the fact that she’s trying to be him. “The Champ Champ”, “I’m here to take over”, “Becky Two Titles”, that stupid strut...
I just want Lacey to finish her now.

If the fans believe it, and they clearly do, then it's not forced. Just because others don’t think it is doesn’t mean I have to agree with them though. True, but the character is clearly getting over, so it is fulfilling its intended purpose, even aside from personal views.

I'm still enjoying her. She should be talking up the fact that she beat Charlotte and Ronda in the same match since Kayfabe they're the tippy top of the division. It's similar to how Jericho made a career out of beating The Rock and Stone Cold in the same night (not saying Ronda and Charlotte are the Rock and Stone Cold but they were definitely at the height of the division). It may be a case of her still trying to find that balance between the Man and Becky and we have seen elements of the true Becky begin to shine through. Hell Becky Two-Belts sounds like the kind of silly thing old Becky would love. Could she be more authentic? Perhaps but I think she's still doing alright. I appreciate that she has more than once stated a willingness to take on all comers. I mean she was in a match with Alicia Fox of all people last night. Unlike Ronda a lot of her current feuds can go toe to toe with her on twitter right now so that likely helps.

Honestly after 'Mania the character has already done everything there is to do in the WWE. I wish they had booked her winning both Women's Division titles a bit longer but now there ain't no place for Becky to go but down from the top of the mountain.
She's the first person who has pinned Ronda and beat Charlotte clean numerous times, fighting Alicia Fox or Lacey Evans 1-on-1 seems like a big dropoff in stakes.

I still like her. She’s so over that they had her unify the women’s titles in the main event of Mania. That’s a lot of faith and investment in that character. It may be handled a bit sloppy at times but “The Man” isn’t going anywhere considering how over she is.

Honestly, & I know a lot of people are going to disagree with me on this but I feel until the ratings start going up than no one in the company is particularly over. In 2019 I feel it’s the company brand name of WWE in general that draws & not no individual star anymore until the ratings prove otherwise.

It took a small turn the wrong way once she became the top babyface and I assume Vince took over her booking. If she’s going to be “the man” and is a babyface, she needs to be coming back after Lacey Evans completely out of her mind.

I feel the booking is worse but i still love Becky.
But she has been less of a bad ass since the ronda feud.Which shows how they goofed up that storyline.
She need to have that take no insult ,leave no doubt, attitude.

In 2019 I feel it’s the company brand name of WWE in general that draws & not no individual star anymore until the ratings prove otherwise. I’ve posted multiple times that I believe that WWE doesn’t want to create larger than life superstars anymore. That they don’t want a particular name being the attraction that comes to town. They just want the buzz to be that WWE is coming to town. WWE is shooting themselves in the foot if that’s their way of thinking. The boom periods in wrestling came when true superstars were on top. Guys like Hogan, Austin and Rock helped make wrestling cool in the mainstream. It’s just kind of there now. It’s not drawing outsiders or casual fans like it has in the past. Becky happened organically and her rise was insanely over when it happened. She’s still over now. She’s reached the top in her division so I’m not sure where she goes from here. She’s hit her ceiling. It’s not like she’s going to make Kofi tap to win his title. We’ll just have to see how she’s booked now. I don’t have much faith when it comes to WWE’s booking but fans are really into her so she should be fine.

If she has to waste time with women way beneath her level then she still needs to show that she's still taking her place as "the man" and not just settling for punching down. Like when she didn’t care if it was Charlotte, Cena or Edge*. She can’t go after legends like that every week but still could do with that attitude of she's the top person in WWE.
Like interrupt when Shane is doing his shtick and make the commentator call her the best in the world as she has two belts not one joke of a trophy. Or just interrupt Corbin or force her way onto commentary. I’d love her to cut Heyman off when he next does his one promo.
Or do the locker room leader thing she did for a while. Trying to get Bayley back to her best would be a good start.
Tl; dr - Basically less soft targets.

I still like her, but it's starting to become more obvious that she is being "written for." The character has felt less of a natural badass more of a writer's idea of a badass.

Quick witted, tough and felt hard done by. Am I describing the character or the woman who portrays her?

She's meant to be a fighting champion. She's not going to deny a match, because it's "just Lacey Evans". It doesn't really diminish Becky's value, and it helps the other ladies get noticed.

I like it, but I was disappointed she went with the "she's sleeping her way to the top" innuendo last night. I look at it as Lacy's gimmick is a person sleepwalking. One day she'll wake up mid promo and freak the f*** out not knowing where she is.

Lots of people only like someone when they're losing, then turn on them as soon as they start to win. It's the nature of us to root for the underdog. I think Becky is doing a great job right now, considering she has no credible opponent to work with.
She's toned down The Man gimmick noticeably, so it's clear she understands that it would be short-lived if she was just stone-faced and chatting shit to everyone without selling anything that's said or done back to her. Now she seems almost like her previous character (which, let's face it, was pretty much just her) but with an edge and a confidence that's backed up by her accomplishments. I think it's a really well executed character evolution, most of which she's probably come up with herself.
She went from plucky but happy-go-lucky Becky to 'f*** this, I'm getting what I'm owed' Becky, to 'now I've showed you what I can do, and I'm going to prove I'm the best' Becky, to 'told you I'm the best. What else have you got?' Becky. That's more of an arc than some WWE wrestlers have in their entire careers.

Now that I'm sorta coming down from my Becky high, I can admit I've overrated her a bit. I'm still a fan of hers though and I like that she's way more like her old self again, just more sure of herself and more of a shit talker.

I was wondering how long it would take for the IWC to start turning on Becky after the WWE actually gave them what they wanted for once.
Never change, guys.
By the way, I'm not above having some of these same kinds of quirks myself. I ain't better than you. I've just always been puzzled by the habit of turning on a wrestler as soon as they reach the level you've been wanting them at. It happens a lot, though. Contrarian nature, I guess.

I don't know if people are really turning on her. A lot still like her as a talent and a person still, they just don't like what the character's become now that WWE's fully behind her.

I'm not sure that's entirely fair. You can like a wrestler and want them to get to the top but still not entirely like how it's done. Just because you're a fan of someone doesn't mean you have to like everything they do no matter what.
