In a post apocalyptic New York City, a mad scientist mixes his love for unnatural man-made mutation and his fascination of all things Robin Hood into crude/cheaply created yet oddly inspiring human/animal-hybrids using what creatures are left in the Bronx Zoo.
Hideous medieval hijinks ensue.

Cars, but it's people.
Not at all what you're looking for, but I heard a great idea for a Robin Hood remake using Zootopia as a framing device. Have Nick be reading to school kids as a part of a community service requirement, supervised by Judy Hopps. He reads them Robin Hood, casting himself as Robin Hood. An extremely annoyed Judy Hops is the Sheriff of Nottingham.

The reverse Song of the South, with the Uncle Remus sections now animated and the Brer Rabbit bits inexplicably made live action.

Peter Pan, but the unnecessary addition is a major part of the plot is the Darling children hate their father for not liking Peter Pan and refuse to grow up. they go with Peter to Neverland and help him fight Captain Hook, only to learn Hook really isn't a bloodthirsty pirate but an honest sailor and Pan's father. he's not trying to kill Peter, he just wants him to grow up, but Pan refused after being manipulated by the evil pixie Tinker Bell into staying a kid forever, and cut off his hand in defiance. the Darlings try to get the Lost Boys (who want to go home but Peter and Tinker Bell won't let them) to help them make peace between the two, but they say it won't work because people have tried several times. the last person to try was their own father, who as a child ran away to Neverland with Peter because his father didn't like Peter Pan (due to having runaway to Neverland as a kid himself because his father didn't like Peter Pan, and so on). eventually the Darlings and Lost Boys figure out a way to defeat the wicked Tinker Bell and reconcile Peter with his father. the Jolly Roger departs with Peter on board as an apprentice, the Lost Boys return to where they came from, and the Darlings return home to their father whom they love and respect. they tell him its time for them to grow up, but he says that's alright, they can stay young a little while longer. and they all hug and tears are shed and the audience goes home with a warm fuzzy feeling.
also due to obvious reasons the Native American have been removed from the story, and in their place is a utopian colony made up of people from different races, religions, genders, sexual orientations, etc.
alright Disney, i gave to the blueprint. send me my check.

The Nightmare Before Christmas, only this time Lock, Shock and Barrel kidnap Ms. Claus, and Jack teams with Santa. Also,!it’s co-produced by WWE Films and Kevin Owens insists on playing Oogie Boogie Man.

Remake The Black Hole as a rated R horror/action film similar to Aliens but it's about Snow White and the 7 Dwarves. The Dwarves are in the USS Palimino, mining asteroids for spacediamonds or whatever. They stumble upon the Cygus, still a scary space station ran by a mad scientist (Witch) with an army of crazy cyborgs. The Dwarves find Snow White, the last pure human left on the station. They rescue her and battle their way out of the station and escape on the Palimino. They get caught in the Black Hole's gravity and end up going to hell. There the Dwarves go full DOOMGUY and there is a straight 30 minutes of unfathomable demon murder as the Dwarves battle to save their ship and Snow White goes full Ripley and confronts Satan to let them leave. After she defeats Satan in a Lightsaber duel he agrees to let them pass back into the real world. POOF! They appear in East St Louis and there is a Planet of the Apes style ending as they realize they never left hell.
Fin.

Remake The Mighty Ducks, only instead of it being about a ragtag group of misfit kids on a pee-wee hockey team, it's about alien Duck people who are obsessed with hockey coming to Earth to continue their war against an evil alien Warlord over control of a magical hockey mask. I can't imagine this concept not being more popular then the original movies.

Alice in Wonderland, except the whole thing is a little girl floating around in a boat with Lewis Carroll while he takes pictures of her.
