I don't need to state which one rules. They all rule. Agreed. But I'm going to give much deserved props to the Phoenix Horns. I would only rate the Tower of Power horns over them. you deserve praise sir for mentioning the awesomeness that is Tower of Power. Don't Change Horses in the Middle of a Stream (that would work better if you could here me, but needless to say I'm singing)

One of my absolute fave ToP songs. Hearing them live this past October was a literal dream come true for me. Stood about 20 feet in front of the horn section for 2 hours and loved every minute of it.
