I need to catch up, there's at least 6 to 8 episodes I haven't watched. Will probably fast forward 'em tonight and give some thoughts.

So, can someone explain the logic of teasing a TAIPEI DEATHMATCH on an episode of MLW, just to not do it and then follow up with announcements for less brutal Havoc vs. Mancer matches?

Interesting that MJF was wearing the Dynamite Dozen ring, and then attempted the Cross Rhodes in his Opera Cup match.

An actual decent Hammerstone match. Didn't think I'd ever see one.
Davey Jr.'s prob'ly winning the tournament. They've made such a big deal about him donating the cup and his grandpa being the last guy to win it. I was actually rooting for Low Ki during their match because it would've been perversely hilarious to see.

2019 best-of this week, featuring Tim Thatcher vs. Davey Jr. and Jacob Fatu vs. LA Park amid plenty of recaps. A mite unusual to outright give away the main event of a PPV, but there you go.

the only thing i fear is if it's on another network, they won't post their shows on youtube anymore which is basically how i watch them now, especially when there's an AEW ppv or Nxt takeover

Mlw is now posting their episodes ahead of the bein premiere, and watching this episode Tom Lawlor is such a better heel than face

Rip Von Erich? That's in very poor taste.

Filthy Tom started as a heel, so this is him coming full circle. This is the same promotion that keeps pushing that racist Injustice crap, so this whole thing's unsurprisingly par for the course.

MJF with the cringe line, calling Hammerstone a "meat castle". I was pretty much daring them to job out Davey Jr., considering he's prob'ly winning the damn thing. So we're either getting a Davey/Thatcher rematch final or an all-Hart Foundation final, either of which would be good. Filthy Tom started as a heel, so this is him coming full circle. This is the same promotion that keeps pushing that racist Injustice crap, so this whole thing's unsurprisingly par for the course. what rip von erich or something else? Yeah, Rip Von Erich. Par for the course.

This might be why they put Gino with the Dynasty, so that MJF leaving wouldn't disrupt their numbers.

After no-showing their Tijuana event, bailing on pretapes, arguing about booking, and generally being an ass on his way out of MLW (not to mention the recent discussion about some old allegations), it looks like Teddy Hart finally realized that no other promotion of note will take a look at him, no matter how often he shows up at their cards.
