Anyone else not completely convinced on Tom Lawlor as a top babyface? The Von Erich’s are delivering there, but are very young. The unifying top babyface to fight Contra seems like the only thing they’re missing right now.

The roster's ridiculously heel-heavy.

Is Lawlor a straight up babyface now? I'm behind on a few episodes because I went back to rewatch from the start. Even the faces in MLW seemed to have kinda... mixed alignments.

His promos are horribly forced, unnatural, and stupid sounding. He sounds like the Ultimate Warrior on adderall with the communication skills of a third grader. In other words, no, I’m really not buying Filthy Tom at all. Make ole Mancer a little more serious and give him the spot.

I think he could have been a potential top face.

What in the holy f*** is Kotto Brazil doing anywhere near that f***ing stupid "injustice" storyline, and why hasn't that been killed yet?
I actually liked this Lawlor/Fatu go-round better than the first. The first felt bog standard to me, this one had more of the blood feud feel it should've had all along.
And sit your ass down, Low Ki.

And sit your ass down, Low Ki. The big problem with the storyline is that there was no base to the accusations of bias. Like if there was an actual instance of a blown call, like missing a foot on the rope, or missing some sort of illegal tactic in a previous match it would make sense. The other problem is, what the hell kind of pay off could there possibly be here? The referee actually does show bias against them? They snap on the ref and get fired? They introduce a heel ref? There's not a lot of ways you can go here.

{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}so apparently frank mir is backstage at the war chamber tapings tonight {Spoiler}{Spoiler}{Spoiler}{SPOILER: CLICK TO SHOW} If Frank Mir makes a bloody fool out of Tom Lawlor, I'm a very happy man! Cool. I've seen most of the episodes and gotta say this is my dark horse favourite promotion at the moment. It reminds me of 2002-2004 era of ROH/PWG. Teddy Hart, MJF, Salina De La Renta, Brian Pillman Jr. and the rotating roster got me hooked. Gotta watch two of the latest episodes later tonight. ~ I haven't seen a Go Shiozaki match since 2010, is he still good..? Even great..?

Aries won with a Guillotine Choke, so the deal seemed to be is that Aries is incorporating Mir's MMA holds into his matches.

It blows my mind that those three are considered "pro wrestlers."
