I know its glory days are truly dead but how is the product holding up in their current diminished form?

They have been dubbed for awhile now as lucha underbudget for a reason a nice chunk of their talent comes from there and they have been trying to do the cool cinematic vingettes...but with a budget and production quality below porn parodies.
And with that they have argueably moved up in the world...all while brief remnents of LOLTNA will occasionally pop up from time to time.

Budget underground
They are improving but still have no real identity of their own. Some very good talent there but the shows are never great, just good at its best

You get more wrestling than WWE.

That pissed me off that Dreamer faced RVD in the main event, but I quite enjoyed the 6 man tag the following week. The sandman showing up really pissed me off. They have a good roster, and generally the shows have been pretty decent. It's easy to follow, and the production is good too.

ECW died almost twenty years ago, the revivals failed, its time to finally move on.

I've seen a couple of episodes on Twitch when I remember it exists. It's much better than it used to be during the dark times. They still do some dumb things time to time and have way too much nostalgia for ECW and the production values, while better than ROH's, still aren't very good. But then it's something of a minor miracle they still exist and can rehab their image.
The other thing that helps is that the higher ups seem to be realistic about just who they are. They know they're not going to be on WWE or AEW's level anytime soon, if not ever. And they've made mostly peace with that.

It's just a solid wrestling show. Nothing spectacular, but not the crap it used to be. I'll take it over WWE and ROH these days.

Workmanlike. It's fitting Lance Storm has worked there recently as they've become the promotion version of him, it's not super flashy and exciting, it's not boring either, it's just good, solid wrestling without being exceptional.
I still hate OVE though.

I may need to start reminding myself to check it out on Twitch if rumors about tonight's tapings pan out.

I think it's a great watch, and I think it's been the best wrestling show for at least a year.
This whole ECW bullshit is the first time in forever the company has actively annoyed me. People are going to hate on it regardless, but they have the talent, and the writing is capable.
For instance, at their last PPV you could look at every single match on the card and every single one had a concrete backstory to it, some of the storylines intertwine, which makes it even more intriguing. Everyone has something to do, and a plot behind it, from the opening match to the main event, and while it's not setting the world on fire, at least we're getting feuds behind matches and not just having people face off just because.
Their weekly main events (before ECW infestation began) were easily the best matches of the week for most weeks. There was a tag main event a couple weeks back that was just fantastic. They had 20 minutes and told a solid story in the ring.

No, he signed a new deal not too long ago, & he had a surprisingly good match with Sami a couple weeks ago. I must be thinking of someone else then, carry on. You're probably thinking of his tag partner, KM, who left a while back due to nagging injuries.
