So uh I’m officially on the “worried about the Spurs and some trades may be needed” bandwagon When they trade DeRozan, they’ll go on a run. Quote me on this later. Kyle Lowry and the Raptors were called playoff chokers (even by me) until I realized they ran their offense through DeRozan which made it impossible for them to succeed beyond the regular season. The Spurs I’m sure have already realized it, just a matter of when they find a team that will trade for him.

Tell a Knicks fan in 2018 that their team in 2019 would have a better record than the Warriors without context. Then slowly fill in the context of how awful the Warriors are and watch their heart tear in half.

I hope they are coming around to that conclusion with how bad this season has started and reports that they're far removed on extension talks. I honestly feel bad for DeMar, he seems like a great guy and he's in a situation he didn't ask to be in, but a team built around him in 2019 is gonna struggle ESPECIALLY combined with Aldridge, who also plays an antiquated style. The Spurs would be ok with either I think, but having them both is getting us killed. And given how many young guard options we have it makes way more sense to move DeRozan. Separate from that though it's f***ing infuriating watching Pop roll out the same ineffective lineups 11 games in. Bellinelli is killing us and he keeps getting minutes while DeMarre Carroll and Lonnie Walker collect dust on the bench. I really want to know wtf he's thinking.

And now D’Lo is out a few weeks with a sprained thumb. Golden St is going to end up with James Wiseman Here come the conspiracy theorist claiming the NBA gave GS the number 1 pick

Golden St is going to end up with James Wiseman Here come the conspiracy theorist claiming the NBA gave GS the number 1 pick After the shenanigans in the last lottery, if everything breaks perfectly for GS you can bet the conspiracy theorists will be screaming. I have almost zero doubt everything is clean, but their stupid ultra-secrecy thing will always leave just the tiniest hint of it in the back of my mind. Just televise the damn ping-pong balls.

I mean yea but not really RJ Barrett has actually been better than I thought he was going to be this early. He's not delivering highlight plays like Morant but he's been solid

That's Ja show, everything goes through him but with the Knicks RJ has veterans that he's playing off of so he's been good. In terms of rookies he's 1st in rebs, 1st in steals, 2nd in assist and like 3rd in points while playing the most mins among them (because Fiz is an idiot) so yeah he's been solid. Still wanted Zion or Ja but RJ isn't as bad as a rookie as I thought he was going to be

I can confirm this as a Magic fan, a trade for Demar would kill the last shred of belief I have in our front office. Sure we need more offense but what we really need on offense is better spacing due to a lack of reliable shooters so trading for Demar seems like the wrong thing to do to fix what's wrong with our offense.

I’ve said Det. Reunite him with his old coach and it wouldn’t cost them much. Can get the expiring contract of Reggie in return and maybe a bench piece and 2nd round pick

James Harden is on his way to another forty points game, should’ve been the mvp last season and should also win it this year.
