I wonder if they might be able to get Ron Simmons to say damn in a throwaway backstage segment I’d only be down if it’s after a hilarious backstage dancing segment

What about this legend? I know it's supposed to be sparkles but it looks like a cloud of dandruff... Vampire dandruff.

they really need to bring some old hardcore division names with the 24/7 title in play. Can R Truth escape from the likes of The Mean Street Posse? If the usual gang of Titus, Jose, EC3, Drake, etc. are chasing Truth around backstage, and they all go around a corner, only to see Hardcore Holly, Steve Blackman, Al Snow, Faarooq, and Bradshaw standing there with weapons waiting for them...I would mark out. Especially if one of them says, "Time to show you pussies how it's done." and they proceed to destroy the merry band of jobbers before turning on each other for the 24/7 title. I'd rather see it go down like this... the usual gang of Titus, Jose, EC3, Drake, etc. are chasing Truth around backstage, and they all go around a corner, only to see Hardcore Holly, Steve Blackman, Al Snow, Faarooq, and Bradshaw standing there with weapons waiting for them. The "Usual Suspects" run into the legends, stop short, stare down then turn tail and run. Ron Simmons says "DAMN!" then the legends take off in pursuit.

It’s weird that they’re including Alicia Fox with the list of former talent appearing. I guess she quietly retired within the last few months.

She was on Raw on April 22 in a loss to Becky Lynch and on Main Event on May 2 with Tamina in a loss to The Iiconics.

All of this Ron Simmons Damn talk is making me want the Damn shirt. I went to WWE Shop to see 5 and 1/3 of the talents listed in AEW now and no Simmons in sight.

Two things that desperately need to happen on this show.
1. Hornswoggle wins the 24/7 title.
2. Ted DiBiase pays someone to lose the 24/7 title to him.

Humm Melina is here and Johnny Impact is no longer there could we actually get a MNM reunion? Considering the last thing I remember about their relationship was Melina posting a picture of Johnny's Cialis prescriptions, probably not.

I am going to this show and despite not watching week to week, am pretty excited to be in the crowd for some of these appearances. I haven’t been in a crowd with Steve Austin appearing since 1998 or so.

After surviving Raw 25 I have absolutely no intention of sitting through another oldschool/reunion/anniversary show ever again.

I want Mick Foley to rollup Truth to win the 24/7 title.
Then later on, you see Braun Strowman, back to the camera, with Foley on the left side saying, "Hey hey hey hey, maybe I didn't think this through. Listen, I'm not the fighter I used to be and I've been watching you for a long time. I know... I know, even at my best, even in my prime, I couldn't match up with you. But in your heart of hearts... you know I'd try, and I'd take a piece of you down with me. But these days, I just can't. Time has passed me by and while this has been fun, I am clearly not a match for you... the most dangerous person who has ever graced this roster....."
Then the camera pans around to find that Drake Maverick was overshadowed by Braun as Foley hands the title to him. He then looks up and says "Oh, hey Braun. Didn't see you there!" and pats him on the shoulder as he walks out of the shot.

It would be almost impossible for it to be worse, but either way I'm just plain done with WWE's nostalgia dependency. Even if it is a network mandate, the fact that they have to do ANOTHER 'bring back the old guys' show to try and pop a rating is fully on WWE for failing to make more than two or three megastars since the end of the Monday Night Wars almost twenty years ago. The only thing that could possibly make this show enjoyable for me is if they brought all these guys back and used them to actually put over the current talent instead burying them or not interacting with them at all like they usually do, but seeing as how they'll probably need to wheel them out again in a year or two, that probably isn't going to happen.

I hope one of the legends shoots on Hornswoggle and wins the belt themselves and runs off with it and now the 24/7 Belt is a shoot where everyone's going after Iron Sheik.

Genuinely asking Back then, pretty much everyone who was a legend was either dead or working in WCW, so it was effectively Sgt. Slaughter & the Stooges, Pat Patterson and Gerald Brisco, given that treatment, and nobody else.
